I stayed here on business at Tsukuba University. This hotel is often crowded with people on weekends for weddings and the like, and although it is old, there were no particular issues. To get to Tsukuba University, it was a short walk to Tsukuba Station, then a bus ride from there, about 30 minutes. There aren't many shops or restaurants around Tsukuba Station itself, and at night there is really nothing there. There are chain restaurants lined up along the main roads around the hotel, but it was inconvenient that the convenience stores were far away. It's a little far from the station, so if you make more than one round trip a day it can be a bit of a hassle.

추가 요금으로 체크아웃 시간을 늦출 수 있는 것도 좋았으며 호텔 내부에 있는 대욕탕 시설 역시 좋았습니다. 직원분들 응대 역시 친절 했고, 방도 전체적으로 여타 호텔들에 비해서 넓은 공간이었다고 생각합니다. 가성비를 따졌을 때, 가성비면에서도 최고 이며 개인적으로 대욕탕 시설이 있는 곳을 좋아해서 다시 한 번 묵고 싶은 호텔입니다.

3點7分的評價有點低了，我覺得可以值個4.2。 酒店離車站有點遠，走路的話差不多得30分鐘，打車的話要1000到1500日元左右 地方是真的有一點點偏了。但是他們提供自行車，除了入住和離店的時候，用自行車移動還挺方便的。 除此之外，考慮到價格，倒沒有什麼特別值得吐槽的地方。有免費的早餐，雖然衹有兩三個種類。
