The hotel is very big but old.
We have a kid at 5 years old which Trip.com said free of charge, but when we arrived, they need us to pay addition one kid meal.
And the next morning, another staff asked us to pay again and took over 10 mins to clarify we have paid.
The good thing is their breakfast buffet is good and it is close to 鬼押之出園.

The hotel is big and convenient if you have a car. There is a very nice swimming pool for kids. But it smells mold literally everywhere, in the corridors, in the rooms, the only place that's not moldy is the reception 🥲

I definitely would not recommend this hotel, especially to those with children!
The food was delicious, and the staff were kind to children, which was nice.
The rooms were also spacious, and there was a hot spring, so I was very satisfied!
However...
(It's a little hard to see) A large shard of glass, as shown in the attachment, fell into the room and I hurt my foot.
I told the front desk staff that glass had fallen and I had hurt my foot, and asked for a band-aid, but they only said, "We only have one band-aid, but please have it if you want." This hotel does not seem to offer any concerns about injuries or apologies.
This time, only an adult stepped on it and was injured, but
if a child accidentally eats it or steps on it, it can lead to serious injury.

I stayed there in the winter and it was too hot even with the air conditioning off, and even with the humidifier on it was so dry that I couldn't sleep at night. I tried to hang my bath towels in the room and do other things, but it didn't improve much, which was disappointing.
