The hotel was well-cleaned and I had a pleasant stay. The front desk staff were also friendly and pleasant. The air conditioning was not individually adjustable, but it was fine when I stayed there as it wasn't that hot yet. I wondered how it would be in mid-summer or mid-winter. The rooftop bath has a great view and is the best. I've made a number of comments, but if you're on a business trip to Tsuruoka City, this is the only place to stay.

I thought that breakfast would be included as a service even with the room-only plan, but it wasn't, which was disappointing.
