This hotel was ok, the service was exceptional, the young girl on the front desk was very kind and helpful. She helped us organise tours and places to eat. The room was nice, bathroom was a little weird but everything worked so no problem. The location was great.
Really the only thing I could say is the bed was very firm but that wasn’t a huge issue and there are lots of hard surfaces so sound carries and the rooms are very noisy when other guests are walking through hallways. I just wore ear plugs and all good

We had an absolutely great time here. Great location, beautiful, big and very very clean room, good natural light, excellent wifi, everything worked perfect in the room. The staff was great. We arrived very late at night, and they were very helpful. An, who speaks very good English, gave us a lot of information about Sapa, and helped us book our bus from Sapa to Cat Ba. I highly recommend this place!. I felt very comfy here.

We arrived at SA PA early, at 4:30am, so we had to pay 200,000 VND for early check-in. This is the same regulation. no problem.
The room was nice, very clean and comfortable. There is an elevator so that's good.
The problem is that the old model is a water heater. Only wash for 25 minutes. If the hot water has run out for the previous person, you have to wait for the water to heat up before you can take a shower. Otherwise it's very cold. The hotel is convenient to everywhere. When you walk from the hotel to the back of the hotel, you can see the lake. Then keep walking and you will pass the city and arrive at SA PA station. You have to go to FANSIPAN. There is a SAPA STORY restaurant nearby, and you will see CAT CAT VILLAGE if you walk forward.

Beautiful location, super enthusiastic customer support, beautifully decorated and clean rooms. Quite close to the center but the price is reasonable. I swear I was so lucky to find this hotel. I planned in a hurry, not knowing where to go, the owner made a plan for me, and even helped me find a good taxi for 10 VND.
