We‘re very much satisfied with the services and hospitality accorded to us especially by Mr. Mua. The place is very clean, and with lift also. All the staff are very courteous.Breakfast which is included in our accommodation is great. I do recommend Sapa T.T. Homestay. They really give value for your money.

We arrived in Sapa from Hanoi quite early in the morning, and Hung was kind enough to let our family freshen up and check in a bit earlier. The room was clean and cozy, and Hung ensured everything was perfect for us. Our family enjoyed the stay.
As for the location, it’s not far from the city center, and the hotel offers buggy rides at reasonable prices to help guests get there.
Grab cars are also easily available.

The room was affordable. There was just misunderstanding with our reserved room. There was no balcony. I thought we had it since it's on their description. But, overall, the place is excellent.

3 people per room, breakfast included, 2 days stay, no inconvenience
it was comfortable!
It's a bit out of the city center
but it's about a 15 minute walk, and if you take a taxi (Grab), it costs about 5,000 won
so you can freely use the surrounding tourist attractions~
I stayed for two days at a really unrealistic price~
I want to use it again for my next trip!!

The reception staff were very helpful. I originally booked the accommodation because of the high hygiene rating. However, when I actually checked in, I found that the pillows and quilts were dusty (I didn’t know that reviews here can provide photos, so I didn’t take any photos). I stayed at Sapa in December. It's the season when hot water is needed. It's really exaggerated that there was no hot water halfway through the shower on the first night. I didn't check in advance whether the power was turned on when checking in. There was no special reminder when checking in. The room matched the photos on the website!

The room was clean and spacious, and meals were provided a la carte, so it was overall cost-effective. The owner kindly guided us to nearby tourist attractions. The hotel is located close. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the city center, but we enjoyed walking because we like walking. I think it would be better for those who choose long-term stays rather than short-term stays.
