Oh god I don’t know how many hotel rooms I stayed in but this hotel thick blanket is heaven!!!! Front desk friendly and professional~ the tea that they serve you is amazing! Breakfast was good, their laundry service is amazing and affordable. In a nice quiet area of the town. Will definitely comeback!

The staff at this hotel are doing everything in their power to make your stay enjoyable. They rent out scooters at a good price and I used this service to get to a nearby village. For breakfast you either have a buffet or a la carte depending on how many people stay. If there aren't too many guests then a la carte is the only option. Regarding the room, the bed is comfy and internet signal is strong enough to stream Netflix etc. I would recommend this place.

Staff were nice and friendly. Manager could speak good English. Room was spacious enough with beautiful mountain view. Many choices for the breakfast.

The hotel is nice with mountain view from the balcony but it is quite far from city center.
The staff are supportive and kind.
The room is clean and full facilities.
The toilet at lobby should be improved.

I came to Sapa with my family. The hotel staff was friendly and the room condition was good. I saw a lot of nice scenery with my family and made a lot of memories.
