Location is good, but extremely hard to get a cab as the streets are just too narrow, which gets a huge bottle neck with the traffic. The hotel also did not provide any support on getting a taxi as for them the main street is quite near, however it is an uphill walk, if you have a luggage it will be difficult to manage.
Room is big enough but it’s not new. You can see that it’s a bit old already.
Breakfast pho is good. But I skipped the rest.
All in all it’s just an okay in Sa Pa.

Although the spa was closed due to New Year festivities, all in this hotel is truly amazing. The service and food are excellent, and the staff members are friendly.
The currency exchange service is limited to US dollars and Euros. In case you need to convert other currencies, an ATM can be found nearby for your convenience.

6th floor.
The hotel is located a bit below Sapa Center.
There is a hot place on the way down.
The room we stayed in. The door to the terrace doesn't open well and it's fixed in a crude way so it doesn't work well.
The sink hole regulator is broken.
But the water comes out well so it's bearable.
The problem is the shower room. The water comes out too slowly so I got angry while washing.
It took a long time to wash.

This hotel is located on the main street of Sapa, so it is easy to get to anywhere in Sapa. The staff smiled and accepted our request. They gave us an early check-in for free when we arrived early in the morning, and we were given a welcome drink as well as a special Vietnamese coffee. I still remember the smiling face of the small female staff working at the restaurant.
The view from the mountain view room is great, but in the morning, we go up to the rooftop where the pool is to enjoy the view. Even though it was a cloudy day, the view was very beautiful.
Sapa seems to be roughly divided into three levels: upper, middle, and lower, and this hotel in the middle seems to be the most suitable for sightseeing.
Highly recommended for those who are planning to travel to Sapa.
