Loved my stay at Sapa House Hotel! The rooms were super clean and comfortable, and while the breakfast was basic, it did the job. The location is spot on — close to everything in Sapa town. Staff were really friendly and went out of their way to help. Just a heads-up: the hotel is up a hill, so it might be a bit of a workout getting there. But honestly, it’s worth it for the comfort and great service.

I was treated with the best hospitality when I arrived.David was Soo nice letting me to rest and check in early from my over night bus ride. It was a good location . A great price , cute nice clean room. breakfast was included for this price. I will stay here again.

Very lovely staff, clean and nice hotel. The staff did everything to help us out and rearranged our trekking tour because of bad weather conditions. They even let us stay longer in the hotel after check out and gave us an extra night instead of a home stay because the trekking was rearranged. They served us local food which was also very tasty! An extravagant experience and very pleasant :)

This is my first visit to Vietnam. Booked a 3 days 2 nights tour to Sapa from Hanoi. Was arranged to stay in Sapa House Hotel. The staffs were very friendly. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was great. There was also a massage room at the basement.

Chau and her husband (and soon-to-be baby) run a beautiful boutique hotel that’s off the main drag, so it’s much quieter here. I arrived late and she opened the kitchen and made a delicious dinner (and just for lil’ old me!). I highly recommend their establishment and look forward to returning soon. 5 stars and not to be missed…thank you Chau! ❤️

The hosts are among the sweetest people in town, willing to accommodate our every need. Wonderful people! Breakfast, lunch and dinner also very well organised and tasty. Laundry service is perfect if you don't have sensitive clothing, otherwise notify staff on the nature of your clothing. Level of English is excellent of nearly all staff, and they are willing to take the extra step regarding assistance in organising trip and providing pickup/dropoff services. Definitely a recommended stay

Great place to stay in SAPA ! I have been in SAPA for few days. I liked the location of the hotel. Close by to the centre and lots of restaurants and cafes. Breakfast was good. I liked the staff at the hotel and the fact that they have organised a group trip to the mountains with a tour guide which was great experience.

Awesome hotel , very friendly and helpful staff, very clean and well maintained! Well maintained and very good breakfast! I really enjoyed my stay there , I had a big room with a queen bed , it was very clean and comfortable! I recommend this place!
