The place is tidy and well equipped with personal equipment. The room is spacious. The staffs are kind and accommodating. The receptionist(forgot to ask the name) making it sure that throughout my stay in the hotel, I am comfortable and safe.

Best hotel in SAPA. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. The unli breakfast and PHO is commendable and very tastety. Me and my friends enjoyed out stay. Location wise near to Sunplaza station. Hotel is very clean.

This hotel is best in service and all amenities in Sapa with affordable prices and the owners are very friendly and kind. I would definitely recommend staying at this place.

A very pleasant two night stay in a spacious room ( no balcony) and clean shower. Nice size opening window allowed fresh air and ok views. A short walk from city centre so away from nighttime noise. Breakfast prepared to order from choice of bread/ eggs or noodle soup, fruit, coffee. Very friendly manager. Great value. Will stay again.

The hotel is exactly as pictured, and the owner was so kind that I had a really comfortable and enjoyable time. It was about 5 minutes away from the center of Sun Plaza, so it was easy to get around the city, which was nice. I had breakfast in the garden, as if I was enjoying it in nature. It was a warm and wonderful accommodation that I would like to use again and recommend to my friends.
