Good service

Newly built hotel. Very far from other places. 2 kilometers from the city center. To stay here you need a rental motorbike so it's easy to go anywhere. The room is very comfortable and beautiful. The air conditioning is satisfactory. The water pressure is also not fast. The toiletries are not complete. Needs to be improved. The service from the staff is very good and friendly.

It was nice location and friendly staff. I recommend to anyone who were transit and need stay quick in Sapa city center. Easy to find food and entertainment nearby but evening quite loud since many bar and club nearby.

The accommodation is clean, the room is clean, there is a hair dryer, air conditioner, bleach, hot water, good service, the owner is kind and can communicate in English very well. But the only downside is that I stayed on the third floor, there is no elevator, I have to walk up and down. If you have a big bag, you have to carry it up, it's quite heavy. The owner also recommended places to visit.

Good comfy beds, around a 20 minute walk to the town but also can order a grab or taxi to the hotel. Reccomend going on a treck through the rice fields. Good AC and tv that worked.

Dining: The breakfast offering is limited and home-cooked, as the hotel does not employ a professional chef. This may not meet the expectations of travelers looking for a more standardized hotel dining experience. Maintenance and Condition: Furniture and room amenities appear dated, with some fixtures squeaky or partially functional. While basic repairs are made, the overall maintenance standard could be improved to meet modern hospitality expectations. Overall: While the price is competitive for the location, guests should be aware that the experience is closer to a guesthouse or budget homestay than a professionally operated hotel.

Didn’t get to see the scenery due to the fog but it is not the hotel’s fault. However, the cold wind was seeping through the balcony doors making the entire room super cold even with the air conditioning heating mode on. The buffet breakfast was great, staff was helpful in terms of allowing early check in, and location wise it is just a short walk to Sun Plaza and nice restaurants in the area! Would def come back when the weather is a lot better!
