Located on the slope, it will be very hard for guests with large luggage, but the accommodation environment is good, the space is large and quiet, but it is far from the store, there is no breakfast, hot water feels limited. You can rent a motorcycle, put your luggage, attach simple shampoo and bath spares. Overall, recommended!

I have a no complaint about the view, facilities and service at this hotel. The staffs are very kind and friendly. I booked a panorama room and it take 950.000 vnd for 1 night. The minuses are the signal of wifi too weak and the breakfast is not diverse, may be because the affect of corona disease. But any way i still rate 5* and will be back

Thanks to Van and her family we felt very welcome in sapa. They showed us a lot of routes and trips for around sapa and also helped use book it. They recomended us for every day an activity or a very detailed route because of that we could see sapa on the best way posible. Everything was very clean and the view from the balcony was exceptional. They offered us a laundry service and we got our laundry very fast. The whole family was very accommodating and always offered help immediately. The price-performance ratio was great. The location was perfect in the center of sapa. Would absolutly recomend to stay in the botanic sapa hotel. We would always choose this hotel again.

The friendliness and hospitality of Dao and his family blew us away. So kind and wanting to help everywhere they could. They arranged many things like a trekking tour, a sleeper bus, taxi rides and much more. The food tasted great and it was fun to join the family and other travellers for dinner. Thanks again and we will recommend others at home to come here when they visit Sapa!

I could have good sleep. Really comfortable. If shampoo and body soup are not like a single-use one, it become better i think.

Stayed here for couple of hours, just wait my time for bus sleeper going back to Hanoi. Location is good, a few minutes in the park and market. Good for budgeted traveller as well. Receptionist is nice and pretty. See you SaPa Next time! ;)
