Our 6-night stay at KK Sapa Hotel was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. A special shoutout to Huyen, the receptionist who went above and beyond to make our experience extra special. She graciously upgraded us to a VIP room, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The hotel’s facilities were fantastic—from the relaxing spa to the stunning infinity pool, every detail was designed for comfort and relaxation. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a wide selection of delicious local and international dishes to start our day right. A Magical Stay at Hotel de la Coupole Sapa - MGallery Collection I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel de la Coupole Sapa - MGallery Collection, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the hotel’s stunning architecture, which beautifully blends French colonial elegance with the rich cultural heritage of Sapa. The rooms were impeccably designed, offering luxurious comfort with breathtaking views of the mountains. Every detail, from the vintage-inspired decor to the plush bedding, reflected the hotel’s commitment to excellence. The service was outstanding—staff members were incredibly warm, attentive, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Dining at Chic Restaurant was another highlight, with an exquisite selection of French and Vietnamese cuisine that delighted my taste buds. The indoor heated pool and spa provided the perfect retreat after exploring the stunning landscapes of Sapa. Overall, Hotel de la Coupole exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway, a relaxing retreat, or a luxurious escape in the mountains, this hotel is the perfect choice.

Overall hotel was wonderful, i arrived at 6:00am in the morning by the way there are no room available at that time Front desk was provided us a shower room and resting area at Front desk with very nice hospitality. At 10:00 am after energy charge we went to Fancipan and came back around 16:00 the was ready when i checked in to the room the view was stunning us(room type: mountain view) overall was perfect. BTW, we don’t want to go out then we choose the hotel restaurant for the our dinner we order food for six people as i know about the service sequences staff repeat our order to make sure that it correct; for sure we listen it carefully due to difficult of inter-language - all the food repeat correctly. Unfortunately, one of our dish was mistake from Carbonara to bolognese sauce which we know all of us don’t pork then we call staff they came with attitude that it’s our mistake but she take it for change. Suddenly i heard the sound of fighting of waiter and kitchen that one of word i heard very clearly is “i already repeat it” fifteen mins later carbonara was served and we got educate by staff that we should informed her What we don’t eat. Poor us? After five mins she came back and say Sorry to us(First of apologies) 🥺 so we would fine if she apologize and do not make that behavior. I understand some if order was mistake you need to talked with chef but for both of service and kitchen was very disappointed for us.

Very much satisfied staying at Bamboo Sapa Hotel!! From the arrival to checking out, it was so smooth. The front desk officers were very accommodating and friendly so as with the room boys , restaurant staff and swimming pool staff.. We arrived before the check-in time, so we left our luggage in their storage. We need to change clothes because the climate is freezing. then they let us use the hotel's comfort room. When we are done with the activities in Sapa, we checked in our room and were happy for the room we have. The CR is supplied with super white and new bath towels , face towels , floor rug, tissue paper . The bathroom is equipped with hot and cold shower ( elegant) provided with body wash and shampoo. The bedroom is super clean and tidy like the comfort room and bathroom. It has a dresser with mirror , lamp shades. It also has a cabinet for clothes and a hair dryer. There are 2 swimming pools in Bamboo Sapa Hotel. One is the outdoor pool, ( but did not take a swim because it's too cold) and the other one is at the G level which is warm and a whirlpool. A cozy restaurant is for the buffet breakfast which is included in the booking.The array of delicious, nutritious and fancy food was served. Electrical socket for charging is situated near the headboard. There were pairs of bedroom slippers and bath robes which were dainty white. So fresh-looking to wear! 2 bottles of mineral water ,cups and saucers and heater were also provided.. oh, if you want to call the front desk, a telephone is on the desk☺️❤️🥰

We had an awesome time at Pao’s Sapa Hotel. The service was good. The room is spacious too. My toom is also facing the Moana’s garden too. Overall a very satisfying experience. Will definitely choose pao’s for my next visit.

A really warm and friendly staff at this hotel. Located in close proximity to Sapa Square, SunWorld Plaza, CatCat Village, Stone Church, Ham Rong Park, Sapa Lake and Moang Hua there are plenty of restaurants in the area too. The views are spectacular of the valleys and mountains from the mountain view rooms. There was a decent variety for breakfast with again some excellent views! It was cold in January but fortunately the AC also offers heating in nice sized rooms. Thanks for a great stay!

The place is absolutely amazing, it doesn’t get better than this in Sapa. Room was spacious and clean. Couldn’t enjoy the balcony due to cold weather but it must rock during summer. The location is a bit tricky as its on a hill and the walk up is a bit challenging, but they do provide a shuttle car every hour (you have to reserve it first). They made a slip up once where the car did not pick us up on the designated time and location so we had to pay for a third party to take us to the hotel, but the hotel compensated us for it with cash instantly. The breakfast buffet is pretty awesome, a true five star experience. Special mention to the restaurant manager who is very lovely , friendly and caring. He took care of my husbands diarrhea problems (sorry for the TMI lol my husband insisted me of wring this) by making him a special ginger bamboo concoction, and even offered his personal medication. Truly a great guy.

Cleand hôtel and nice staff. We could take a shower after the check out on the day of our trek which was really appreciated. The location is good, the view on the Mountains is nice. It is noisy because of stray dogs barking downstairs.

The hotel is so peaceful with nice view. The breakfast is good. The hotel reception is very helpful. Buying tickets for the Fansipan Mountain trip, Currency Exchange and may be also motor bike rental for driving around the city can be made via Hotel Reception.

We were a group of friends, I had booked the hotel a month before traveling to Vietnam but when we arrived at the hotel they couldn’t find our reservation and let us wait for almost an hour. It was raining the night we were there and there was a flood in our bedroom in the morning which I guess it leaks from the balcony, the staff offered us another room but we almost check out anyway cuz it already 10.00 am so we only used that room for showered. The scenery should be very beautiful if you are lucky enough that there will be not too much fog and rain on the day you stay.
