房間和一些二線城市的賓館差不多很單調，滿足於能住能睡，早餐也很一般，滿足於有東西吃進肚子。
問題：酒店居然不開空調製冷，我居然睡到凌晨兩點被熱醒，打電話去總機問，得到的回覆是沒開空調主機制冷。。。。。看下圖，熱醒房間室內温度26°（時間是凌晨兩點）

湖北省黃岡市團風縣的「治安特別好」，酒店有值班保安，車停在酒店停車場，凌晨3點13分，被三個小蟊賊暴力砸了，引發車輛報警，保安無動於衷，號稱是睡著了，我們要酒店一個態度，酒店經理史欽波一上來，態度就極其惡劣，聲稱咱衹交了住店的錢，不負責車輛的安全，連個不好意思，道歉都沒有，圖片、視頻廣大住客自行觀賞。

酒店地理位置很好，前台服務人員很熱情，在住期間服務很好，退房停車券發放也很及時，離店Lena小姐姐開具發票也很迅速，房間也有幫忙升級，帶店前也有幫我提前詢問對房間要求，真的細節，推薦

總體上，酒店還是不錯的。無論環境、衞生、服務，都很好；房間也很寬敞。停車場很大，早餐也比較豐盛。衹是房間內的設施還有點欠缺，如：行李架。客人衹能把行李箱放到地上，彎下腰來收拾東西，不太宜人。
