這個酒店是我在團風住過最好的酒店，讓我有回到家的感覺，前台服務熱情，經理也十分友好，環境乾淨整潔，可以看出客房服務員的用心，以後來團風還會選擇這家酒店。

第一次入住宜尚酒店，真的讓我喜出望外，首先酒店環境很高大上，房間空調早已打開，進到房間感到很舒適。桌上還有精美的小禮品，可見酒店非常用心地在做服務，很滿意的一次入住體驗！🥰🥰

晚上到達酒店，離高速口很近出入方便，停車方便，前台服務員很熱情，還送給孩子純牛奶，主要酒店乾淨衞生早餐可口很適合家庭入住，晚上也很安靜，家人都很喜歡，下次有機會還會入住

空調就是擺設，估計是因為入住率低，怕浪費電不讓開吧，空調啟動十分鐘，停半個小時，晚上需要加被子。前台告訴我空調不讓我自己調，衹能他們的工作人員幫我調好才可以，一動就不行了。晚上給前台打電話，説房間太冷，前台説讓人上來調一下，然後找了一個阿姨上來，説這本地話，我一句聽不懂，她還一直説，我説你説的話我聽不懂，説了三遍，她才説了普通話，原來是會講普通話。後來把温度調到24°，説這樣暖和，我説温度調低會暖和？她走了沒理我。睡到半夜凍醒了，我要求加被子，那個會調空調的大叔才上來，説要進門幫我看看，我説不方便，我穿着睡衣，我説你去給我拿被子吧，這才又去拿了被子，送被子的時候，他不知道按了空調製動面板哪個按鍵，晚上送風的時間才好一點，空調製動一停，屋子還是冷的。明明都是他們在控制，怕冷的客人不要住這一家。用攜程這麼多年，這應該是第一個差評吧。
