Craggy Range Luxury Vineyard Retreat

We had a fantastic stay at Craggy Range, it is a never to forget experience in a beautiful location with excellent accommodation. The staff were lovely and made the experience even better. Make sure you look around the gardens and go for a walk. The continental breakfast in the room hit the spot including fresh plunger coffee.

We cannot praise Craggy Range highly enough. The whole experience was exceptional and such good value. The cabin was beautiful and so well equipped, all the staff were amazing. We loved the restaurant and ate there on both nights. Theo who took care of us on both evenings was exceptional. We would also mention Michael who did our wine tasting and all the reception staff. Would we return - in a heart beat.

Such a wonderful experience from start to end. The cottage was lovely, the vineyard beautiful, and the food & wine delicious. We enjoyed it so much that we ended up extending our stay by a night while we were there. Everyone we interacted with from the accommodations team, wine tour, and restaurant were all incredibly friendly and hospitable. Highly recommend staying at Craggy Range for your visit to the area!

I could not find the right words for this heading - those words were the first words to come out of my mouth when Craggy Range came into view!! We were recommended this from a work colleague and this did not disappoint. A complimentary bottle of wine was part of our package - a very nice touch! Very private cottage in the vines, we could barely see any other occupants and certainly did not hear them. Accommodation had two separate bedrooms each with a king bed and their own bathroom. Individual heating/cooling in the bedrooms with underfloor heated tiles in the bathrooms. Bathrooms had a hairdryer, shower cap, nail file set. Fully equipped kitchen with (as part of our package) continental breakfast and a fresh loaf of bread supplied each day, juice, milk and condiments replenished daily with an option to order a full cook your own breakfast which was left in your fridge to cook whenever you wished. A wood burner that warmed us through on the cooler nights in the kitchen/living/dining area, but alternatively there was an individual heat pump with heating and cooling. This is by far and away the best accommodation I have ever stayed at and cannot wait to return!

We’ve wanted to stay at this magnificent place for many years and we finally got there this month. I’m rating this place 10/10 for everything. First up Damian took us through a wine tasting which was the best one we’ve ever done (& I can tell you we’ve done heaps). Then we dined in their restaurant and it was first class and definitely in our top five dining experiences ever. Thanks to Ruth and Eileen for their service and laughs. You two were sensational. We then topped that with an overnighter in one of the cabins onsite. Holy Cow - absolutely fantastic. I can’t recommend Craggy Range highly enough. As Molly once said - do yourself a favour, you won’t regret it for a second.
