The original room given to us was 1st floor next to gym n pool, hence we requested a change. The counter staff Bryan was neither helpful nor polite, fortunately the manager Nicole help us to get a higher floor though it’s smaller in size. However, the room had things left over from the previous guest. We reported a few times, only the next day evening time then the things were cleared.
The shuttle service guy was very polite n helpful.

We are happy with the hotel. The only small issue was that when we checked in , the shower gel was low, and when we called and asked to refill, they said they couldn’t do it, probably because it’s Xmas day, that’s understandable. But they did give us more hand soup.

Very family friendly hotel. Allowed us to check in early as there was a room available. Walking distance to a shopping area and easy access to many restaurants. Enough space for a family of 5 in the family suite. Recommended for a short transit stay.

I have stayed in several Hilton hotels around Seattle Airport, and this one is the best. You can cook by yourself. It is close to South Center, and you can see the snow-capped mountains directly when the weather is good. The parking fee is also relatively cheap
