Bahia Principe Grand Tulum - All Inclusive

Suitable for the whole family, the environment is very good, but it is highly recommended to come in the off-season. It is impossible to find a place on the beach during the peak season. The toilets are all very far away. The ”5 minute” car to and from the shuttle can't wait. It is all on your own and the parking lot is far from where you live. a la carte (non-buffet) dinner was not booked at all, stayed three nights without a day.

The hotel is very small, shop, not busy and has all the luxury. The staff are ready to help you day and night. The service is good but the staff is so helpful and subdued that it feels almost uncomfortable. The breakfast is a la carte, and you will have two choices every time, very diverse and with healthy options. The hotel has a great deal of facilities such as snorkeling with a guide (including) if you wish. However, the hotel was very difficult to find algae on the beach when we were there (in July). They can do little more, it is cleaned regularly, but the split algae are kept a little next to the beach, and then removed. The location is tricky. On the one hand, very remote and on a quiet beach with enough facilities. On the other hand, if you are looking for more variation and not want to use the surrounding restaurants of ”luxe” hotels you should also have some trouble. Tulum center is a quarter with the car which is not the problem but the access to the hotel****** It is very hobbit and full of deep holes. You need to make some effort to get out there. The airport is also at 1.5 hours driving, with a lot of beach traffic even early morning (7 hours). If you want to use the restaurant, the price-quality ratio is questionable, and we found it very highly overpriced because you paid 20 euros for all simple plastic cocktails or hamburgers. If you don't find that a problem, you can get all kinds of food to your room. And lastly, the whole setting looks more luxurious than it is, and for the price-quality ratio, it must be noted that small details such as TV that does not work properly or slow internet connection become important.

Our stay at Tago Tulum was simply outstanding! The hotel itself is a paradise – the rooms look even better than in the photos, with spacious layouts, beautiful decor, and that perfect blend of luxury and Tulum’s bohemian style. The beachfront view and peaceful ambiance made it the ideal place to unwind. What really made our experience unforgettable was the exceptional service, especially from Victor. He took care of everything we needed, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and enjoyable. Victor’s warmth and attention to detail made us feel right at home – a true gem! Tago Tulum is a must for anyone visiting Tulum, and we can’t wait to return

There is a zoo on Cozumel Island across from the hotel, where several manatees are kept. The manatees are well taken care of. The keepers only feed them fresh lettuce leaves, and the unfresh leaves are peeled and sent to the hotel to make lettuce salad. 1. The food is terrible. Even the most difficult steakhouse to book is average. The waiter in the restaurant is impatient to ask you to order quickly. 2. You can only book dinner after checking in. If you go late, all restaurants are likely to be fully booked. 3. The room service is slow and unpalatable. 4. The distance from the room to the lobby is far and you have to take a battery car, but you have to wait a long time for a battery car to appear.

The room was very small and had a rooftop view, but the view was only on the 4th floor, so it wasn't that good, and I could see the window next door, so I had to keep the blinds open every day. The pool is small, but the interior is very neat and pretty. The female staff was a little rude when I checked in. Other staff are friendly

Our 6th trip to the Cancun area, first stay here - wonderful experience. Wonderful, attentive staff. Beautiful beach and reef. Snorkeling was good - beautiful fish, coral regrowing in the outer reefs. Food quality was better than hoped for - lunch seems to be the best option with dinner being a close 2nd. Appreciated the attention to the Turtles laying and hatching- had a specialist come in nightly to protect and clearly mark areas to keep them safe. Dive shop was great - needed a pair of socks to keep fins from rubbing blisters - they ordered them overnight for me. Restaurant staff are lovely. Room attendants are great - loved the towel art!! Will return!!
