Popular Tulungagung 4-star Hotels

I was hugely surprised to find how fun comfy and hospitable this hotel was. Stayed there for 2 nights and had a wonderful stay with them. This hotel is located in Tulungagung, a city in the southern part of East Java, famous for its granite and limestone industry. The things I liked about the hotel: - Nice ambience - Very very nice food - Very kind, responsive and helpful Staffs manning each station - Cleanliness of the hotel - Comfort of a 4 star hotel - Located in the heart of Tulungagung City - Nice swimming pool with warm pool and jacuzzi - Decent gym A special thanks to the Duty Manager Mr. Nono who happened to be one of the most attentive and professional Duty Managers I’ve came across. Very informative, helpful, resourceful and great in cooking! You should try his famous Bebek Ungkep (I hope that I’ve got it correct) - Barbequed Duck, and Fried Duck, the sauce he dished our was susperbly delicious should you like the taste of spices. This was the first time I actually got to like Duck meat, before I rarely have Duck meat due to the smell, Mr. Nono’s Duck dish didn’t have any slightest smell! Very tasty and highly recommended! Plus, the hotel has a huge ballroom with capacity to cater for 1,000 people if I’m not wrong. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel.

Pengalaman saya menginap ************* cocok, suka sekali, nyaman ... Tapi yg bersih2 (cleaning servise) mbak2 yg pake baju putih kenapa nyapunya cepet banget kayak gk niat bersih2, badahal masih ada yg belum kesapu ... Terus gelas gk dicuci / gk diganti, condisioner rambut jg badahal habis gk diisi .. Terus film netflix, we tv, dll ... harus berbayar smua, klo gk berbayar ada iklannya, terus harus pengguna vip baru bisa nonton film ... terbatas .. Gk seru

Not good not bad. Room was so so, very hot inside and the ac not working very well, it made a lot of noise but didn’t cool the room enough, couldn’t get the temperature below 27 degrees. You have to put on and off all lamps seperately, so everything old style. Also no breakfast option because I staid here during Ramadan, the restaurant was closed in the morning. Too bad there are not many options in this town!

I stayed on August 13 in a Deluxe type room, here are my reviews: 1. Location The location is in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Tulungagung. To find food and souvenirs is quite easy. Just walk. 2. Facilities The hotel facilities are quite good for a 3-star class, there is enough parking in front and behind the hotel. - there is a meeting room - there is free wifi in all areas including the room - there is a restaurant, which has a kids corner on the 2nd floor. Minus there is no swimming pool, if there is this hotel is perfect because it could be a suitable hotel for families with small children . 3. Service The service of this hotel is very good. Because I see from hospitality all the employees are very nice. From the security guard outside to the staff inside the hotel, they always give greetings and always smile every time a guest passes by. I also have a plus in the FO section, especially to Mr. Rudi (FO Manager) when there was a problem in the check-in process due to an OTA error, the hotel was very helpful, especially Mr. Rudi to resolve the issue to the relevant OTA, so we can check in. And I salute Mr. Rudi helps with hospitality and always smiling, thank you very much Mr. Rudi, this hotel will be more advanced with staff like you. Then this hotel also has a welcome drink such as tea/coffee when we check this which we can take ourselves in front of the reception desk. 4. Bedroom The deluxe room is quite spacious, the room is quite good although not too modern, the room is equipped with: - LCD TV equipped with cable TV channels. - there is a single sofa and chair - there is a reading light - there is air conditioning which works very well, the pool is cold. - there is a water heater kettle to make cooking water to make coffee/tea equipped with free tea/coffee - there is a wardrobe The bathroom is also quite spacious in the shower. The shower also worked well putting out hot and cold water. There are 2 clean towels. Unfortunately, the bath amenities only have soap and a tooth brush. 5. Food & Bevarage The variety of food surprised me, because I didn't expect there to be enough variety. There are croissants to traditional food. Although the taste seems to have to be improved a little to make it more stable. Conclusion: I recommend this hotel to my colleagues at an economical price but we get fairly complete facilities. God willing, if I have the opportunity to go to Tulungagung I will stay again at the Tulungagung Palace Hotel.

Vacation while working here is perfect. Besides the hotel is comfortable, not cheap, the food is good, close to the beach as well. Just 1 minute to the beach. The hotel is also in the city center, near the station. Recommended for travelers dehh

The room was so clean and the staff was really accommodating. Nest option for husband and wife to stay with affordable prices. Free toast and coffee in the morning.

The location is very strategic. Unfortunately the place is not clean. If possible, cleanliness would be prioritized, especially the toilets...👍👍👍
