多次入住，酒店很新，位置也不錯，算是鬧中取靜，周邊餐飲和便利店都很多，酒店服務也很熱情，房間也很整潔。提兩個建議，一個是刷卡乘電梯，3層餐廳是不是可以不自動選擇，浪費資源。另外房間打掃時也請注意保留物品和垃圾的區別，皮鞋的鞋套就被當垃圾清理了。

酒店環境忘記拍照了，但是真的是非常不錯的住宿體驗。
大概下午2-3點，酒店就打電話來詢問是是否自駕。是否需要預留車位。（後來發現是工作人員把自己的車先停上佔住車位，等客人到了再把車位讓出來。感動的服務！！！）
酒店是新裝修的酒店，整體風格簡約。很適合落腳居住。酒店淋浴水量非常充足。床品非常舒適。在九龍灣爬了一天山晚上休息很合適。
周圍吃的也方便，差不多2公里有個君王鐵帽烤肉，還有一家稍麥雜碎。這兩家店都在同一條美食街裏，過去很方便。完美解決晚餐和第二天的早餐。在酒店去美食街的路上，十字路口有一家馬家焙子，很推薦他們家的辣焙子和紅糖的糖三角。都很好吃！

我真的很久不會寫點評了，這家酒店成功勾起了我點評的慾望。原來人在無語的時候真的會笑。
1.先説衞生問題。
選這家酒店是因為它剛開業，作為一個強迫症患者。我想它應該很乾凈。結果沒想到還挺出乎我的意料的。
入住第一晚，洗完澡打算睡覺，習慣性把被子掀開檢查有沒有頭髮，結果發現床位有兩根頭髮，拿了酒精濕巾做了處理。後來在床頭枕頭旁邊又發現一根頭髮，拿濕巾擦完之後，隨着床單逐漸被洇濕，床單下有一條黑色物體顯露出來，給我氣笑了，原來床單下還有一根頭髮😁
淋浴間可能沒有做打掃，因為第一晚洗澡就發現遠離花灑的靠牆位置地面，隨着水流沖刷，開始出現灰塵得痕跡。
2. 環境設施
位置在一條街裏面，好像是某個小區的底商，所以很安靜。弊端是樓下街道兩側有很多車輛停放，所以早上打車還沒到主幹道就要堵上一會車。
房間設施是新的，這點是好的。不過這個雙床房的內部傢俱擺放合理嗎？靠窗的那個床緊緊挨着窗户（圖5），窗簾又不是自動控制的，拉窗簾都很費勁。是不是把靠近洗手間那面牆的沙發挪到窗邊位置對於用户更友好呢？
另外我想説，對於酒店這種公共環境，與其花錢裝個智能馬桶，不如安個自動窗簾。到底是誰喜歡在公共環境用智能馬桶啊？？？
淋浴間的熱水，調到最熱也不是很熱，最離譜的是，剛剛11點半工作完去洗澡，居然沒有熱水了！！！那個水流很小，水温比體温還要低一些，我就這樣洗完了澡😃這也是我在平息了最初的怒氣之後，突然怒氣值又增加的原因。
3.早餐
早餐價格真的不貴，但是選擇真的很少。另外，從餐廳的設計來看，到處也都體現着利己主義，看不到服務用户的初衷。舉個簡單的例子，餐巾紙是在門口處統一擺放的，每個餐桌上是看不到餐巾紙的，想要用紙，請一次性拿夠。
這是我第一次住漢庭，真的給我留下非常深刻的印象。最後想説一句，人在無語的時候是真的會笑😃😃😃😃😃

環境乾淨舒適，服務周到，房間內不開空調也很温暖，有桌子很適合辦公，電視機能投屏也好用，是一次不錯的體驗。
