Motel, just off the road. The two-bedroom suite written online, arrived to find a living room plus a bedroom, a large bed in the living room, two small beds in the bedroom, only a simple toilet, a little disappointed. Breakfast is average, no fresh vegetables and fruits.

The Elms Motel was well located 1 block from main shopping centre, hotels, cafe's & supermarket. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean, bed was comfy. Would definately stay there again.

Perfect location, clean room and bathroom, good Aircon and stable wifi hotel, only the week end music band is loud till midnight

The room was spacious, very clean and had everything needed for my work stay over. Would recommend to anyone needed a clean and quiet place to stay in Tumut.

It was clean and in a very central spot but it is near the pub and the music is very loud at night. I do recommmend it to tours.
