I just got back. The food was the same, there wasn't much meat, there were no pancakes or omelettes, there wasn't even any cereal. Every day the same food, the same cakes, the same salads and only watermelon and oranges from fresh fruit. It says on the website that there is WiFi in the room, no. The WiFi is only at the reception and it doesn't work well, and when it does, it immediately turns off, they keep restarting the router at the reception. As for cleaning, during my 10-day stay I didn't have my bed linen changed and towels were only added to the room once, the room was only cleaned once during that time. On other days, they only took out the trash, they didn't even make the beds. I went to the reception myself to get towels and when I asked why the room wasn't cleaned, they said they didn't have enough people to work. (Apparently, a lot of people don't want their rooms cleaned because they're afraid of theft) I also reported that the toilet didn't work properly and they didn't send anyone to fix it. My hat disappeared from my room the next day I informed the reception and no one did anything about it. The people working at the reception told me that there was an evil stingy boss here. As for the entertainment, there was only one lady who danced belly dancing, in the evenings they only turn on Turkish music, the same all the time, there is nothing else. On the website it said there was billiards, unfortunately not, there is only a dartboard hanging on the tree, after asking for darts to play they said I would get them the next day. As for the toilets at the reception and by the pool, the stench was incredible and filthy. The beach right behind the hotel, where there are only a few sunbeds assigned to this hotel, we only managed to lie on them once because they were practically occupied all the time. As for the hotel staff at the reception, nice helpful people but not all, at the bar nice people very hard-working but do not speak English. Last year the hotel was supposedly renovated, this information is at the reception but I am attaching photos of my bathroom which does not meet the standards even for a 1 star, I do not recommend, it is a waste of money, you will be disappointed, there are much nicer hotels in the area.

I had a quiet family vacation, the sea was clean and beautiful, there were fun activities at the hotel, walking distance to the city center, the food was very good, delicious, the hotel rooms were clean, I liked it very much, I want to come again.

THIS HOTEL SHOULD NOT BE OFFERED TO BRITSH GUESTS They do not cater for the average British tourist - the food is served in a area no bigger than a small British kitchen Only Turkish tea - coffee machine at bar but coffee is of very poor quality No hot water No milk No cereals Only dry bread- no butter Boiled egg every morning for breakfast variety of food is non existent - same salad and dips at lunch and dinner NO CHOICE ! Literally chicken nuggets for dinner one night and a burger for another night. Can’t even fall back on chips ( available for breakfast one day and for lunch and dinner another day - a single day in one week ) No snacks / ice cream / anything during the day IN FACT FOOD RAN OUT AND LATE COMERS WERE LEFT WITH NO CHOICE !!! No animation team No entertainment Tiny pool not suitable for children - too small and deep 10 sun beds only - all broken The only thing going for this hotel is it’s proximity to the beach albeit the beach is so narrow you can only get a very limited amount of sun beds on it. It looks like it needs to be knocked down- I don’t think a refurbishment would cut it. Fixtures and fittings in the hotel are dated and again not fit for purpose Old furniture - rusty taps and shower heads - see pics provided Paint peeling Woodwork rough and uneven/ and unfinished Reception had seating for approximately 8 people and was the only place you could get on the hotel Wi-Fi!!!! The hotel was ‘clean’ but old and tired. The majority of staff are pleasant and helpful but speak very little/no English- everyone uses Google translate !! I didn’t complain to reception because I wanted to try and enjoy the holiday with my daughter and to celebrate her special birthday without making a scene !! Thank god the air con worked ! I heard others complaining though - we also came across another English family that up and left - they had a small child and so really couldn’t stay as there was nothing for them to do We found ourselves to be the only English people in the hotel. It was full of Turkish- Polish and Russian people YES RUSSIANS !!! again everyone was pleasant but bearing in mind the current affairs with Ukraine and Russia. We found it bizarre to be holidaying alongside them. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY FURTHER BRITISH HOLIDAYMAKERS TO THIS HOTEL. It bears no resemblance to any 3* all inclusive I have ever been on !!! Thank goodness I packed cards and my Yahtzee game to keep us entertained in the evenings !!! I do not understand how this hotel meets your criteria for a 3* all inclusive When was it last inspected and by whom? At best this is a room only option- and that’s being kind.

if you are not Turkish, DO NOT STAY HERE. Literally the same food (3 trays) for breakfast lunch and dinner, doesn’t deserve one star. Staff laughed at us because we were english & didn’t touch the food

Please please please do not book to stay in this so called all inclusive hotel. The place is falling apart. Bathrooms in disrepair, shower heads hanging, rust everywhere, ( probably due to the sea water in the system) sometimes no water at all. Air conditioning not working. No hot water to shower with after 5pm. Swimming pool very cloudy so would not use, never saw it being cleaned. Food very bland consisting of rice, pasta, salad, very greasy chips. No snacks or ice cream. Mattress excruciatingly uncomfortable with springs sticking into you. The best thing about this holiday was to get back home. Trying to get compensation!! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

First of all the bar staff are wonderful hard working people. Ellen and Ashjan and the two guys were brilliant. If you like salad you’re on a winner, breakfast, lunch and dinner, hot stuff rice, pasta and stews. Bbq a couple of times, mackerel and chicken. No red meat and all the same day in day out. You wouldn’t starve but menu needs to change and more variety. It goes to say something when Big Boss and his wife eat at a restaurant opposite the Hotel. Al inclusive booze was a laugh on the shelf three bottles Vodka,Gin and Raki and undrinkable wine. The spirits were definitely watered down. My husband drinks Whiskey so we had to buy this from the shop. Housekeeping was horrendous, that’s if they turned up. Dirty mop over the floor never cleaning tops were coffee cups had been.Balcony in 16 days once was a mop used. The good thing about it we complained about our room as it overlooked a closed down hotel so the following day we were given a room with a view. We were the only British people there. We looked at other hotels while there and they provided much more choice.

My experience in Turkey was more then awful. When we arrived from UK to Turkey Bodrum,Driver was shouting at us in a bus, because he couldn’t find a hotel Moonlight(before was name Tiana Moonlight Hotel)We suppose to meet with Our Libero Tour Rep -name Mehmet next day,but after 25 min waiting at the reception, we just left for lunch...When we try to contact with him and ask about transport to airport he left msg for us at the reception that because we didn’t wait for him ,he will not help to us,we need find information by Google. He refused give information to management team of hotel. After Big arguments they gave us finally information Management of hotel try to help us...We paid for this transfer already, before we came to Turkey...Shocking Behave ... Hotel -I though I am loosing my mind,Not like on a pictures!Options of food not existing, some salads, chips ,meat or fish ?You can dream off ! Breakfast just Boiled eggs!No snack,no fruits,no ice-creams... Rusty taps and shower heads .No water in a bathroom sometimes. The hotel is dirty, expired Just very Friendly staff....Owner -Lady , arrogant person she thinks, she is the “ navel of the world” , she doesn’t Care about residents! Never ever This Hotel, Please! Close down or just keep it for Russian people, specialty Russian women’s ,they have place to sell them self to Turkish men....
