Colazione da Augusta - Guesthouse

Wow! Roberta and Enrico are wonderful hosts that go above and beyond. The rooms are beautiful, the amenities are amazing and they served the best breakfast ever. They also provided us with tips and secrets about the beautiful city of Torino. We will be visiting Torino just to stay at the Colazione Da Augusta again!

We have recently returned from a wonderful 6-night stay at Colazione da Augusta. This is the best B&B we have ever stayed at in Italy. It is a lovely property in a great area only a few minutes’ walk to the main tourist area, a perfect location to stay. The hosts Roberta and Enrico are brilliant, friendly, and very informative offering us some great recommendations for local restaurants, attractions and Ice cream! The B&B has a garden available for guest’s use, is a great place to enjoy an alfresco breakfast and we used it every day to relax in with a drink after longs day exploring/sightseeing We stayed in the Cinnamon room which was very clean, spacious and comfortable it was also well equipped with everything needed including Tea, coffee mini fridge etc. The separate private bathroom with bath is a great size and perfect having both a bath and shower cubicle (no privacy issues at all, as it is directly opposite the bedroom and there is only 1 other guest room which is en suite) Breakfasts were EXCELLENT, different (Better!) to anything you would get staying elsewhere. Enrico serves up some brilliant savoury and/or sweet culinary treats, each day offering something different. Our booking was made direct and we are glad we did so, having encountered a few issues unfortunately due to Covid, cancelled flights etc. Roberta & Enrico were extremely sympathetic/helpful and communication was always friendly and speedy. Our visit to Turin was everything we had hoped for but to stay here was the highlight of our trip and we certainly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation in Turin, you won’t be disappointed. Roberta gave us a warm welcome in her very beautiful house in Torino. As soon as you arrive, everything is taken care off. You can park your car on the driveway. Based on your own interests, Roberta tells you what to visit and how to get there. She even shared where to eat the best gelatos! The room is very spacious and nicely decorated with great airco. There is also a living room and nice garden with many beautiful flowers to hang out. The breakfast is delicious, all home made and served by Roberta who is always so funny and sweet. In short, it's the best place to stay if you want to enjoy Torino but looking for a calm and lovely place!

We have just spent a couple of days here. The rooms are very clean, spacious and cool. It all feels very safe. Private parking and personal keys to the property. Easy walk into the city centre. The garden is beautiful. Very peaceful and as the rooms have a fridge, you can relax after a day of sightseeing with your prosecco. The breakfast is freshly made and delicious.

We spent four fabulous nights at Colazione da Augusta. Roberta and Enrico were perfect hosts, from the warm welcome to friendly conversation we felt like family. They are conveniently located to all the major sites to see in Torino. Besides the fabulous restaurants in the central district we found many just a few blocks from their home. Not enough can be said about the fabulous breakfast each morning. Enrico prepares everything from scratch, all the homemade dishes were fabulous and beautifully presented each morning by Roberta. The rooms were spacious and very clean. We will certainly stay here again on a future visit to Torino!

Our stay was perfect. We stayed for 3 nights and Roberta was very sweet and helpful throughout our stay. She gave us recommendations for what to do and most importantly where to eat. She was very responsive prior to our arrival, making a dinner reservation for us ahead of time. She also recommended an awesome pizza place close by, and made us a reservation the day we arrived. Breakfasts were homemade and delicious. We enjoyed sitting in the garden each morning to eat, relax and talk to Roberta with our cappuccinos. Enrico was kind enough to make us a local dessert our last morning to ensure we tried it before we left. The B&B is a short walk to the center of town. However the neighborhood is also super cute with local restaurants, gelato and wine shops nearby. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. We would not hesitate to stay again when in Torino!
