Clean hotel, slept well, heard no noise in the night. Mattress was quite hard. Wifi worked well. Located right next to the railway station. 24 hour check in desk, spoke limited English but all ok with a smile on face. Simple breakfast buffet.

Hotel grande e ben tenuto, personale cortese e gentile, posizione ottima perché è situato vicino alla stazione e di conseguenza a due passi dal centro. La zona non è delle migliori perché è frequentata da gentaglia soprattutto la sera, di conseguenza vi era un presidio fisso di militari e polizia nelle vicinanze . Colazione soddisfacente per chi preferisce il dolce e negativa per il salato. Tutto sommato lo consiglio .

Ottimo albergo, pulito, letti comodi e bagno pulito e ben attrezzato. Personale simpatico e disponibile. Colazione buona e abbondante con tanta scelta. Prenotato per telefono senza tante formalità. Ci torneremo presto. Torino è bella per un fine settimana in famiglia

Hotel a due minuti dalla stazione e ed a pochi passi dal centro, con camere semplici, ma comunque curate. La colazione è ottima con brioches, pane, biscotti, cereali ed una piccola scelta per il salato caffè/cappuccino da bar. Il personale è stato molto cortese e disponibile. In caso di pioggia è possibile arrivare al centro con strade tutte coperte da portici. La sera essendo zona stazione non è bellissima, ma noi avendo passato la giornata fuori siamo rincasati appena dopo cena. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

In passato avevo già prenotato e soggiornato in questo hotel per 3 volte, trovandomi benissimo. L'ultima volta, invece, come al solito sono arrivata a tarda notte per scoprire che l'albergo era al completo e la mia prenotazione scomparsa... Sono stata addirittura accusata di aver contattato la struttura sbagliata. Dovendo fermarmi solo per 3 ore (come avevo specificato al telefono al personale dell'hotel) ed essendo da sola, ho chiesto di poter restare almeno nella hall (a pagamento, ovviamente) ma mi è stato negato anche questo dall'albergatore che mi ha lasciato in strada da sola alle 2 di notte, in una zona poco raccomandabile, considerata la vicinanza alla stazione. Quindi non solo pessima gestione delle prenotazioni ma anche zero empatia a livello umano. Inutile dire che mai più ci metterò piede.

Hotel 3 stelle attaccato alla stazione dei treni,posizione ottima per visitare il centro di Torino e le maggiori attrazioni a piedi,ci sono comunque le fermate di bus e metro a pochi passi.Conduzione familiare ,proprietari simpatici e pronti a dare indicazioni su cosa visitare e su come muoversi,camere un po' datate ma spaziose e pulite ,colazione normale con le bevande calde fatte direttamente al bar.La zona dei portici per entrare non è delle migliori di sera ma in 3 giorni nessuno ci ha nemmeno guardato.Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Ottimo hotel di fronte alla stazione. Posizione comodissima. Hotel pulito, camera spaziosa, pulitissima, calda, accogliente. La struttura è grande e sempre ordinata . La colazione buona ed abbondante con prodotti confezionati di qualità, frutta fresca buon caffè espresso fatto al bar. Personale gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo!
