Guests lauded the cleanliness and comfortable rooms, with stunning sea views. They appreciated the multiple pools and aquapark. The proximity to the sea provided a pleasant oceanfront experience and convenient access to meals.

Excellent hotel for its category, especially with small children. Huge territory, its own water park. Food for its price category is excellent. There is an "Olympic" pool of 50 m, for amateur swimmers it is just paradise, in the sea along the buoys 300 meters for training in open water. The concept of "3 hotels - one territory" allows you to choose the most convenient format of rest - "children's", "party", "pensioner", etc. There is a lot of information and reviews on the Internet and social networks, you can look at everything in advance.

Room and lobby is nice. But I think that a hotel like this should have blackout curtains. Food was ok, but really crowded dining room ( looked like all the guest from World was also dining there. But first hotel Ive been to that didnt have ice cream for the kids . They had a ice cream house, but it wasnt open. Area was nice with a entertainment for the kids.. Service wasnt great. I was travelling with a kid and a senior citizen in a wheelchair. In all other hotels we always got help finding a table, but not in Lonicera. We walk around for 10 minutes sometimes, looking for a table. Also- the senior citizen sadly went to hospital. I asked if we could keep the room 1-2 hours more becouse of this. Had to talk to the reception manager that I think didnt belive me. In the end they wanted 100 euro for late check out (more or less the same price as one night for 3 people), witch was dissapointing and was really stressful for me and my son.

I stayed at this hotel for my vacation and have mixed feelings about it. There were definitely some positives, but also significant areas for improvement. What I liked: The room was very comfortable, spacious, and clean, which made my stay pleasant. The hotel is located very close to the sea, which was a big plus for me. The water park was a lot of fun and great for families or anyone looking to relax and enjoy the water. What I didn't like: The food was a disappointment. It could have been much better, especially for the price. I've stayed in other hotels for less money, and the variety was greater, especially when it comes to seafood. A major issue for me was the lack of respect towards Ukrainian guests. I came to Turkey hoping to hear Turkish music, but instead, the hotel played cheap Russian pop music throughout the property. There were many Russian guests who behaved inappropriately, and the staff turned a blind eye, saying that those guests were paying customers and could do whatever they wanted. This behavior was especially noticeable during the hotel’s entertainment shows, where there was also an uncomfortable glorification of Russian culture. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. While the hotel is advertised as family-friendly, I noticed many elderly guests on the beach who constantly complained about children playing and making noise. If this is such a concern for them, I would suggest they consider booking an adults-only hotel instead of expecting families to quiet their kids in a family-oriented environment. I was really disappointed by this experience, and I won’t be returning to this hotel again.

Reception staff, very unfriendly, even aggressive in communication with customers. Problems are solved by sending away, every time with a text come tomorrow. The food is the same every day, traditional Turkish sweets were not served, instead of them piles of chemical cakes soaked in syrup. Guests are noisy at night, disturbing the night's sleep. A fight that broke out at the beach bar between heated guests was not immediately prevented. The beach is dirty with garbage and cigarette butts, there are no elementary tables near the loungers to put drinks or things. Smoking was everywhere, no one controlled it, there were no separately designated smoking areas so that you would not have to relax next to someone who smokes. Drinks were served in used plastic cups, they gave paper cups to the beach. The sunbeds by the pool are practically inaccessible, as guests came to "reserve" them by throwing and leaving their towel or some other belongings. The hotel staff should control this behavior and prohibit it. The rooms are not cleaned, towels and bed linen are not changed. You had to go and look for toilet paper yourself, the minibar is not replenished. The hotel corresponds to a 2-star level. This is definitely the worst experience of all trips to Turkey!

After we booked this holiday we had a slight panic when we read the reviews. So after a week here is an honest review from a large British group who travelled (28 people) Firstly positives Hotel and room spotless Staff friendly & all spoke English Water parks and pools superb (if a little cold) Snack bar amazing for lunches The entertainment staff really do try and work hard Halloween Disco was amazing! Things that could improve Although the buffet was great after 6 nights we had had enough- I bet this would be the same for any all inclusive. Last night we walked into town and had food Something other than water in the mini bar would be great If you have a room above the disco its a bit loud- But we actually enjoyed the music! Very 90s dance Also read a lot of reviews moaning about Russian guests- we had no issues with fellow guests who happened to be Russian. Yes they are a totally different culture to ours but if you made an effort they are happy to interact with you. They do not do small talk and do not say hello when in the que or lifts but again is Western culture not Russian. I saw no arguing or lager louts that I have seen in majority British hotels

The hotel itself is beautiful—modern, clean, and with plenty to do. The staff are incredibly friendly, which is the only reason I’m giving this place two stars. However, the food is very disappointing. The quality is poor, with highly processed ingredients. Our family of four all suffered from food poisoning. The menu is repetitive, with almost the same dishes every day, loaded with oil, and the desserts taste bland and artificial, lacking variety or flavor. Fresh fruit is nearly nonexistent. We stayed for 12 nights, and the food never improved. After getting sick, we ended up eating outside for the rest of our stay, which wasn’t what we had planned. If you’re not planning to eat here, the hotel itself is great, but I have to say, it’s the worst food I’ve ever encountered on holiday. Another major issue is communication—few staff members speak English. Additionally, the hotel was full of rude russians who disregarded basic manners, such as waiting their turn in line. This really affected the atmosphere and became exhausting to deal with. They should be kept in cage on side of the hotel and not around other people The elevator situation is also a mess. If you’re using a stroller, be prepared for a struggle. During meal times, the elevators are always packed, and there’s no priority given to those with strollers or wheelchairs. We had to wait up to 30 minutes for an elevator on one occasion, which was truly frustrating. In summary, while the hotel is lovely and the staff are friendly, the poor food quality, language barriers, issues with the elevator system and rude russians make it hard to recommend this place.

Hotel Review: Lonicera Resort Our family of four is currently staying at the Lonicera Resort, but unfortunately, it has not been the experience we had hoped for. We’ll be here for three more days, and here’s an honest account of our stay so far: 1. Food Quality & Variety: The buffet food has been the same every day, with very little variety. To make matters worse, three of us have already suffered from food poisoning. The on-site doctor was unhelpful, and when we were taken to a nearby clinic, we were charged $235 for a basic check-up, despite having insurance. 2. Room Conditions: We have a top-floor room, but the balcony is unusable because all the kitchen exhaust fans are on the roof, funneling unpleasant smells straight into our space. After six nights, the bed linens still haven’t been changed. We booked with the understanding that the a la carte restaurants would be open, but they have remained closed throughout our stay. 3. Facilities & Amenities: While the resort has a large property, finding space near the sea during peak season would likely be challenging. The pool water is surprisingly cold, and beach towels are only available at specific times, which feels restrictive. Entertainment is minimal, with nothing after 11 PM. Additionally, the bar drinks are poorly mixed, and if you want something decent, you need to go to a nearby shop for your own supplies. 4. Wi-Fi Access: The Wi-Fi connection is only reliable in the main building. Around the rest of the hotel, it’s nearly impossible to connect, which is frustrating if you need consistent internet access. If you require a reliable connection, this may not be the best place. 5. Service & Staff: The animation team could be friendlier, although the kids’ club staff has been a positive exception. Many of the entertainment options are also charged separately, which quickly adds up. In summary, although the property itself has potential with its spacious grounds, our experience has been disappointing. The food quality, lack of cleanliness, poor internet access, and unexpected costs make it difficult to recommend this resort, especially for families seeking a worry-free holiday.
