Very racist staff members. Not helpful in the slightest. Difficult to communicate needs and requests. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone, if you are thinking of coming, choose a different hotel. NOT club mermaid!

We came to the mermaid village and our stay was the best, all the staff was so caring and attentive to everyone, they was absolutely fantastic with my little girl making sure she had the best time. Hotel was clean and tidy and drinks and food was brilliant, I recommend and will definitely be returning.

Lovely clean hotel very friendly staff food and drinks really good entertainment not bad but there's not alot of it , great pool area very spacious good location not far from bars and other amenities would vist again. Only thing I would say I'm not happy with is our door key would not work on a number of occasions which was annoying but it was soon sorted.

Just about to end our first family holiday to Turkey, this hotel has been an absolutely fantastic place to stay, we've all had the best time and will be booking again for next year, for longer than a week as it's not been quite long enough......

Mum & 20 year old daughter trip Hotel clean Food is fine Gin undrinkable Beer, heavily watered down Entertainment - found it on day 3 Male staff behaviour towards my daughter, totally unacceptable Pool clean Would not return & feel sad as it wasn't a cheap holiday

I can honestly say this was probably the best family holiday we've ever had. The facilities were great. The food was good. The location is brilliant, close to the beach and lots of shops. We loved that the hotel was pet friendly with a couple of dogs and cats to pet. The heated pool went down a treat with our kids. There were plenty of sunbeds available, towels changed every day etc. I would 100% recommend and we'd definitely come back one day. We're sad to be going home :-(

This hotel is perfectly located with excellent rooms and fantastic atmosphere, staff is extremely friendly and helpful and always will make sure you and your family is comfortable, service and cleanliness is exceptional what makes us wonder why this hotel only has 4 stars, special thanks for our animation team, especially Can, Ferhat Ezgi , Sera, I would like to mention everyone because everyone deserves a special recognition here, thank you for having us and hosting our holiday here and making every day special

Excellent service, food everyone is helpful and friendly. Cleaners were ok had to be reminded to change duvets but the rest of the hotel is immaculate. Ali can animation were very accommodating very funny and entertaining. There is a free shuttle to and from the beach. The Hairdressers in hotel were fantastic well worth a visit and prices were very reasonable. Ridvan was very helpful when looking for a tattoo and Şevket has a restaurant outside the hotel which was amazing 😁
