I thought it was just an ordinary trip, but I was directly moved by the service of the room staff of Atour Hotel! When I first arrived in Turpan, the apricot blossoms were like smoke and clouds, but I was inevitably a little tired after running all the way. But the moment I stepped into the room of Atour Hotel, all the fatigue disappeared instantly. Every time I returned to the room, the cleanliness was amazing. The floor was so bright that it could reflect people, and there was no dust in the corner. The whole room was filled with a fresh and pleasant fragrance. What surprised me was that the staff left a handwritten note on the table. I saw that the note said ”The room has been cleaned. I saw that there was cold medicine on your table. I put four more bottles of mineral water. Drink more hot water. I wish you good health.” Just this simple sentence instantly warmed my heart, and the loneliness of running around outside disappeared in an instant. Their control of details is perfect. One time I put something on the table, and when I came back I found that it had been neatly arranged, even the messy charger cable was carefully arranged, and the plug was firmly plugged into the socket. When I saw that I had clothes that needed to be washed by hand, they would leave a small bag of laundry detergent. These seemingly insignificant actions show their care everywhere. Let's talk about the environment of this room, which is as warm as returning to your own home.
