Hotels with Breakfast in Turpan

Service was fantastic! They were extra caring because we had a young child. Offered us extra bottles of water because it was so hot during our stay. Staff was very friendly (except for the restaurant staff). Breakfast although we had to pay for it had a great selection of Chinese food and was pretty good. Gym was decent. Best was the free laundry you can do. Super convenient because it was so hot you literally have to change your clothes throughout the day and with the desert activities it was nice if you didn’t bring enough clothes to wear. There’s a nice little area to walk around right near the hotel.

Wonderful hotel and experience. Upon arrival, we had been upgraded to a business suite which was incredibly large and spacious! The room was extremely comfortable and the mattress was so comfortable, it was some of the best nights of sleeping we had while traveling. The location is excellent- easy walk to the museums and markets. It’s around a 25 minute drive to the train station, less than 10 min to the Karaz museum…. Out front of the hotel fruit vendors set up in the evening and the fruit is absolutely delicious! They also have a washer/ dryer set so you can do laundry which was a huge bonus.

After arriving in Turpan, I found that there are many five-star hotels here, but the one I chose has a swimming pool. Although we didn't enjoy it because it opened late, we were in a hurry to catch the plane, but we were still very satisfied. We arrived at the hotel late, but because we had a lot of luggage, we were ready to return the car the next day. We had to pull it to the hotel to pack it up, and we had to trouble several hotel staff. They were very nice and patient. They helped us to send it to the room after 12 o'clock. Polite! The room is large, clean and comfortable. And they also sent fruits to welcome guests. Before leaving, they also sent a small bag of snacks to the children, who were very happy. Breakfast is still included here. There are many choices in the morning, but they are more Chinese. Basically, except for yogurt, you can't feel that this is in Xinjiang. The stir-fry is average, but the staple food is very good. His noodles and fried rice are delicious.

The room is clean and comfortable, and the wine barrel room is unique, which is very satisfactory. The hotel comes with a large underground wine cellar, which you can visit and buy wine, which is very unique. The front desk lady Mira is very enthusiastic, professional and careful to help make reservations for car pick-up, patiently explain the wine, and the recommended wine is also very good.

This is such a fantastic place to stay and a surprisingly gorgeous find. It smelled amazing and the staff provided a cool towel on arrival which was amazing after the dryness of the desert from which we had just arrived. There's a gorgeous little coffee shop next to the hotel as well which was a fantastic opportunity to re-caffeinate after a few days without during our tour of the desert. Definitely recommend staying here for a few days to recharge.

Facilities: Two double beds. The layout is a bit like a one-bedroom and one-living room suite. It is still very spacious and has a terrace. The decoration style has a sense of design and ethnic characteristics. It is very comfortable and does not make people feel cheap or cumbersome. The air conditioner is also relatively powerful. It's actually not too hot at night, so we turned off the air conditioner. There is no elevator on the third floor. If you have a lot of luggage, you can ask the little brother to help you carry it. Environment: On Grape Folk Street, near Grape Valley, surrounded by B&Bs and with a vineyard in the backyard, the child picked grapes as he wished and was very happy. Hygiene: The overall cleaning is relatively clean. You can pay more attention to the underside of the bed. Service: The little brother's service is good, but I can't afford the room card, so I ran to the third floor to change it.

I came to Turpan in March to see the apricot blossoms. There were not many people in the off-season. The front desk service was warm and the environment was very good. There were many places to take photos and check in. It was good to take photos during the day and at night. It was comfortable and leisurely. It would be more interesting after the swimming pool and sand therapy were opened in summer.

The environment of Atour Hotel is really good, and the facilities are also complete. It is very warm and comfortable for a family of three to stay. The front desk is very considerate. In the morning, we didn't have time to eat breakfast because we were catching a flight, so they packed breakfast for us to carry. The business district is right outside, and it is very convenient to eat. There are all kinds of delicious food. In short, I am very satisfied with this choice.

It is said that it is a government reception, the environment is very good, and it is about 20 minutes' walk from Grape Valley. It's just that the service makes people feel that it doesn't match the environment: the triple room we booked should be the kind with a sofa, but when checking in, the two beautiful girls at the front desk were chatting and asked me if it was a triple room. I clearly said it was, but when I got to the room, I found that it was a double room. How can three people sleep? I called and said that they made a mistake and changed us to a room on the same floor. OK, but when I went in, I found that there was no sofa. It was basically a triple room changed from a double room. There was only one bedside table, shared by two beds, and there was only one charging socket on it. The other bed had no bedside table and no charger to use! ! I raised questions at the time and asked us to wait. After waiting for about 20 minutes, there was no news. We were so tired from driving and wanted to lie down, and we still had a trip! So I called and said that I would not change it. Then I didn't want to get water from the car, so I thought about asking the waiter to send 3 bottles of water. The front desk said it was okay. After a while, I called again and said that each bottle would cost 2 yuan because there were already three bottles of water in the room. Why didn't you say it directly when you answered the phone? Are you not proficient in business? Moreover, we traveled all the way in southern Xinjiang, and the hotels we stayed in gave us 3 extra bottles of water. It's not that we have to pay for extra water. From the beginning, we were assigned the wrong room, the wrong room type, and then the waiting... the surprise we had when we saw the hotel environment before was gone. It was disappointing! The hotel facilities are also a bit old. They said it was their newest building. I hope they can improve their service and live up to their good reputation and good environment!
