On the way home from southern Xinjiang to Korla, we rested at the All Seasons Hotel in Turpan. Although the hotel was a bit long, it was still clean, hygienic and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good. The front desk clerk is warm and smiling👍👍. There is a dumpling restaurant next to it, and the dumplings are delicious!

過年期間從老家返回新疆路過吐魯番，再一次選擇了全季酒店，房間非常大也非常乾淨，酒店德服務很貼心，過年期間送了水果和點心，酒店周邊餐飲非常多，選擇很大，全家在附近吃了飛騰魚，感謝全季酒店管理人員和服務人員，是一次非常棒德體驗，酒店早餐非常豐盛，預訂德房間帶一份早餐，酒店送了一份早餐，孩子用餐免費。

房間設施齊全， 乾淨整潔，主要是服務態度很好，有優惠活動可以升級房間便宜省事，還有早餐，專門有小孩兒牙刷拖鞋，別的酒店都沒有的服務。電視遙控器不太好用，需要換個電池😁。還能免費停車

這家酒店真心推薦，每次來新疆，都喜歡訂全季，吐魯番這家第一次入住，早餐尤其驚喜，每樣都是我愛吃的，特別精緻，還有各類乾果，滿滿的吐魯番特色，房間也不錯，有一間更衣室，挺少見的，方便，前台服務也非常好，天氣冷，臨走還贈送兩瓶暖手的礦泉水，點贊點贊！

沒有想到住到了這樣的全季，首先強調，前台的男服務員還是很好的，開始給的房間樓層低，很吵！溝通後就給換了高層的房間，但是這個房間真的很多問題，照片都是實景！首先，房間的貓眼被堵住了，房間檢查的時候沒人發現嗎？第二，吹風筒使用超過10秒以上就有一股毛髮燃燒的臭味！第三，最嚴重的，有安全隱患的問題：淋浴間裏面的把手壞了，酒店居然沒有修理！如圖為在淋浴間裏面拍攝的，門是要向里拉的，就衹有那麼小的一個把手，手是濕的時候根本拉不動。再加上洗澡過後，裏面都是水蒸氣，門框的膠條把門吸得嚴嚴的，還好上面沒有全密封，我最後是用手拉上面的門框才打開的！試問，如果是小朋友，或者個子不高夠不到上面門框的人怎麼辦？作為品牌酒店，真的很失望！
