It feels good to stay in this hotel every time I go to Turpan, but today I can’t find the same feeling as before. Firstly: the shower is broken and the hotel management didn’t find out and fix it. Secondly: there are furniture in the room. Of course, there is no paper towel, and thirdly: there is no mark on the WF password in the room. I am speechless this time I checked in.

The order did not say there were no windows. After we moved in, we discovered that there were no windows at all, just fake windows. And the noise was so loud that I couldn't sleep well at all. It was the sound of sewer pipes, and there was always the sound of flushing water. It was so loud that I woke up many times a night. This is the worst store experience I have ever had.
