3-Star Hotels in Turpan

The hotel is in a good location, easy to find on the main road, with a parking lot, convenient parking. The room is spacious and has new facilities. The room is clean and sanitary. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the sink meets hotel standards. The bedding is also very good, and the sleep is very comfortable. The hotel has a washing machine for washing clothes, and the cost performance is very high. I stayed there for a few days while playing in Turpan. The Xinjiang girl at the hotel front desk was warm and polite, and the check-in experience was very good!

Facilities: Two double beds. The layout is a bit like a one-bedroom and one-living room suite. It is still very spacious and has a terrace. The decoration style has a sense of design and ethnic characteristics. It is very comfortable and does not make people feel cheap or cumbersome. The air conditioner is also relatively powerful. It's actually not too hot at night, so we turned off the air conditioner. There is no elevator on the third floor. If you have a lot of luggage, you can ask the little brother to help you carry it. Environment: On Grape Folk Street, near Grape Valley, surrounded by B&Bs and with a vineyard in the backyard, the child picked grapes as he wished and was very happy. Hygiene: The overall cleaning is relatively clean. You can pay more attention to the underside of the bed. Service: The little brother's service is good, but I can't afford the room card, so I ran to the third floor to change it.

The location is good, very close to the Turpan Museum, just over 20 minutes' walk away. At night, there is a small carriage at the night market on the street behind, which is very fun. The hotel service attitude is good, the room is clean, comfortable and quiet. It's also very convenient to eat around. The only drawback is that the breakfast is a bit simple. A little improvement would be perfect. Can't fault anything else. Still recommended! Because it’s so convenient to eat around!

The B&B is located in Putao Town. It has a large yard and is a typical Uighur building. It is very beautiful. Flowers are blooming in the yard. Next to the house is a vineyard. Grapes are also grown in the yard. You can pick them if you want. The boss and staff are all Uighurs. , the proprietress has a daughter who is in primary school. She is a very beautiful and lovely Uighur girl. She is fluent in Mandarin and loves to sing. The room is super spacious, luxuriously decorated, air-conditioned, clean and tidy, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. The B&B has its own rooftop restaurant. The guy at the front desk is very nice. I lost my room card and didn’t say anything. I just smiled. Very pleasant stay experience. It would be better if the service could be improved. For example, the front desk is in the courtyard, there is no sign, and there is no one to greet guests when they arrive, but maybe this is what a B&B is. If you don't care about this, it will be perfect and great.

This stay exceeded one of my expectations. Since the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was deeply attracted by the warm and unique atmosphere here. The room was clean and tidy, making me feel the warmth of home. Next to it is the grape corridor where many merchants sell grapes every day. The price is also affordable. There is just one thing: the hotel has stopped the air conditioning, it is still a bit hot during the day and some of the facilities in the room are relatively old. It is recommended to upgrade. But the breakfast is very good, the fried dough sticks are delicious hahaha.

Stayed for two days. The room area is large, the decoration and interior items are very ethnic, the lamps are carefully set up, the sanitation is relatively good, and there is no peculiar smell in the room. The staff at the front desk were warm and courteous, and patiently answered our questions. We followed the Turpan Shanshan one-day tour recommended by the hotel lobby and had a great time! Traveling to Turpan, there are exactly 3 people, and the hotel has a triple room. Facilities: wifi, hot water and other facilities are complete. Hygiene: clean and hygienic, bed sheets and bath towels are disinfected. Environment: The environment is OK. It has just been renovated and the room is clean. Service: The service is very good, and it will be solved if you need it.

This 4 star hotel has a goid rating on Trip.com and I can understand why. However, I liken this hotel to a 20 year old luxury car such as an E36 7 series BMW or Lexus LS 430. Exceptional and glorious when new, but getting old and tired fast. On a superficial level the rooms look grand and sumptuous, but on greater scrutiny there are issues. One if these are the carpets, which are either in dire need of steam cleaning on a forensic level of thoroughness, or outright replacement. Some sections are worn and faded, while many odd bits and pieces can be found (and felt with bare feet), that seem to have escaped the attention of the room staff, e.g toothpicks, other miscellaneous refuse deposited by previous guests. I booked a continental double room, for $68 AUD per night and there was a misalignment of the door with its frame. Large enough to see through to the outside! The room contained a sofa Comfortable enough but with fabric badly worn away. The white veneer paint on tables has seen better days. Having said all this, overall, the hotel offers rooms of a relatively high standard. Ornate furnishings, large, extremely comfortable beds and pillows, a huge bathroom with sufficient water pressure and responsive hot water on demand (bathroom has a smart lighting arrangement which switches on via a sensor). There are a dozen individual controls for room lighting. Lots of cupboards and drawers and powerpoints where needed. There is a gym but for some undisclosed reason is currently closed, of February 2024. Is a buffet style restaurant with several guests dining in it which looked very well staffed. Reception will go out of their way to give assistance with arranging tours, ordering taxis etc, and try to ensure guests are satisfied. In summary, the hotel looks good and to some extent is good, but may not be worth paying $50 US a night to stay in and was a little disappointing.
