As a seasoned Ctrip Black Diamond member, let me tell you: this place is absolutely incredible! We booked three different room types and had a blast eating, drinking, and playing here. It was amazing, and the service was *phenomenal*!!! It's striking even from afar, with its tall spires visible right away. The moment you walk in, you're instantly transported to Morocco! The vibrant, distinctive interiors are incredibly unique, offering endless photo opportunities – I kept taking pictures until my phone was practically burning! A special shout-out to the sand therapy! Surprisingly, lying in the hot sand in the afternoon was incredibly relaxing. I emerged feeling light as a feather, my pores truly refreshed! (Tip for my heat-sensitive friends: go in the evening!) The breakfast spread was plentiful and excellent! The watermelon was sweeter than sugar – so fragrant and delicious, it blew me away! The hotel offers unlimited fresh fruit and chilled juices! The staff's attitude was genuinely excellent; they're all such characters, so engaging and fun to talk to, haha!

Facilities: Very good, the facilities and equipment are quite new. The air conditioning, hot water, and internet all worked perfectly. Hygiene: Excellent. My friends and I, all girls, felt that the cleaning staff did a wonderful job. Given the intense sun in Turpan, the room felt infused with sunshine. Environment: It's a very distinctive ancient city. Guests can also enjoy free sand therapy. The ladies at the front desk were lovely and explained the precautions for sand therapy. There's also free black tea and plum juice at the front desk, which you can fill up in your own bottle – very thoughtful! After sand therapy, you can't play in the water, otherwise I would have loved to swim in the small pool next to the sand therapy area. Service: Beyond words! The ladies at the front desk are truly beautiful and incredibly gentle. They also perform the evening show, though they mentioned it's not a nightly occurrence. We were really lucky! Five-star rating for sure. This is the best value-for-money B&B. Thumbs up!

It's a prime spot—right outside the door is a bustling food street, and even an evening stroll lets you sample all sorts of local specialties. It's perfect for foodies! Transportation is also incredibly convenient, whether hailing a taxi or taking the bus, making getting around a breeze. I stayed there for two days straight to complete my Turpan trip. The hotel's parking lot is huge, so those driving don't have to worry about parking, which is a huge plus. The room was well-equipped with everything, including air conditioning, hot water, and WiFi. It was all very easy and comfortable to use. What really impressed me was the cleanliness. From the bed linens to the bathroom, everything was spotlessly clean, making for a truly reassuring stay. The breakfast was also fantastic. 👍🏻 All in all, it was a great value. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area.
