Worst experience ever in Vietnam. AVOID. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOT HONEST. STEAL FROM CUSTOMERS AND MAKE FUN OF THEM. Got there only to get the worst service possible. Needed scooter the night of arrival, wrote to the hotel about it weeks prior and they said ok no problem. Upon arrival, it is not possible to get a scooter. Needed to get one before going to bed, ended up going to bed way later then I was supposed to because of that trouble. I rented for two days. Told the reception guy that I needed to leave with it at 5h30 am. When I got down in the morning, all the scooters were in the lobby and mine was the last stuck behind all the others and there was no one at the reception. Ended up leaving at 6h30 with a more then empty tank. Needed to fill ASAP, and fulled for 130k. I realized I had to leave the next day, so I didn’t need the scooter the extra day. My tank was full and I ask the young lady at the reception if I could get 150k refund for my second day I was not renting and maybe half the price of the tank of gaz, I think that was fair enough. The lady called her manager, she said no, hotel policy they wouldn’t give me anything back. I said this was not honest. At least the rental, they will rent and get double the money and I loose a tank of gaz and a day of rental. She said no again. Then she wrote me that if I wanted a refund, she would take the money from the hotel worker to pay me, what an horrible human? And I said you get a free tank of gaz, it would be fair enough to give back the price of the rental? She said if I want my gaz, she would come and suck it out for me so I can leave with it. Never been that mad about the way someone treated me. At first I refused and went back to my room, then I got down and said ok, tell her to come and suck the gaz out. You know what? She did sent someone that started to suck the gaz out. I said to him this is ridiculous, I thought you would give me money back I don’t want the gaz who is stupid enough to do such thing? And finally, they refunded me 150k and kept the gaz, but they made my stay so horrible I would never recommend this place.
