The staff is friendly, attentive, and enthusiastic in serving customers anytime, anywhere in the hotel area. The hotel serves a beer buffet which is really fun, and there is a place to play table tennis for hotel guests completely free of charge. During the day, the climate is quite hot, but the hotel has a large swimming pool with a wonderful roof. Guests come during the rainy season, so although there are few people, the hotel still serves breakfast on the 17th floor with a beautiful view and delicious food.

Nice location, newly renovated rooms and facilities the hotel looks fresh and airy. Panoramic views from the rooftop bar. Jimjilbang was an amazing surprise to discover. Lots of options for sport with tennis courts and pickleball. I was on a short business trip, will arrange couple days more next time.

The first 5* hotel in Phu Yen. I was quite surprised with the service here. Everything exceeded expectations. Check in was quick and professional. The room was spacious and beautifully designed. The view was stunning. The hotel has a breakfast area on the 17th floor with a great view. The glass bridge at this hotel is a must-see. Every Friday there is a Jimjilbang music show - the spa on the 2nd floor I spent 4 hours in this area and felt extremely comfortable.
