"Great hotel which is built into Twickenham Rugby stadium. Clean and comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. I stayed there when there was a game on that I attended with more than 76000 others. The hotel was very busy but they dealt with it well. I will certainly stay again, as I have done in the past."

"Whenever I go to the Twickenham office, I will book the White Hart Inn. It's warm and cosy. The shower is fantastic. The staff are friendly and helpful. The burger is juicy. I cannot rate the place higher for short-stay."

"It was clear that they were understaffed. We had to wait an extra 30 minutes to check into our room because it was not ready. Food was not served quickly - we had to ask waiters to get us drinks (they initially told us to order our own drinks at the bar). Other couples were given tables ahead of us even though we were waiting in line first. Overall poor service for the whole weekend. The amenities are great - good food, leisure facilities and spa."
