The hotel is conveniently located, close to the center, highway, train station. The rooms are decent for a small town, everything is there. Water is on the floor. There is a cafe nearby where they cook delicious food. The administrators are friendly. The audibility between the rooms does not stand up to criticism. Even rooms have windows on the road, if the window is open - it is noisy. But in terms of price / quality, it is quite decent.
