Нам всё понравилось! Жили втроём в номере делюкс была огромная двухспальная мягкая кровать, диван раскладывается, взрослый человек помещается спокойно. В номерахчисто, есть сейф и холодильник (мы не пользовались). Есть мыльные принадлежности: зубная паста с щёткой, мыло, шампунь и гель для душа. Завтрак: завтрак не шведский, блюда выбираешь на 290₽, но очень всё вкусно и сытно, чайи кофе. На каждом этаже есть кулер с водой, кипяток и чай с сахаром. Сам отель находится в центре. Рядом есть ЦУМ. В целом отель неплохой, но нет лифта, для детей с детьми и пожилых может бытьпроблемой.

Отличный персонал. Мы прилетели в Тюмень, ранним рейсом, с ребенком. Заселение в отель с 14.00. Без проблем, откликнулись на нашу просьбу о раннем заселении, оперативно подготовили номер, в течении 30 минут заселили. При выезде оставили детскую игрушку, в номере, администратор связалась с нами по телефону, игрушку запаковали, отправили курьером. Отличный сервис!

Отель очень понравился, мебель красивая и современная, номер просторный , в номере есть мини кухня, имеется чайник , столовые приборы, в ванной есть фен, гели, шампуни. В общем абсолютно ве удобства. Хорошее местоположение отеля, рекомендую.

В целом, проживание прошло без накладок, получил все, что было обещано в описании гостиницы. Качественное содержание номера высокое. Кровати удобные. Отзывчивый персонал. Отличное месторасположение. Очень удобно что есть услуга раннего заезда и позднего выезда. Единственный недочет-это отсутствие лифта. Зато есть своя охраняемая парковка.

Уютный отель, находится на 5-м этаже здания. В номерах есть всё необходимое даже кухня со всеми принадлежностями, главное всё чисто. Очень вкусный завтрак в кафе подают с 8 до 12 утра: каши, яичница, сосиски, нарезки колбаса/сыр, овощи, сырники, драники, фрукты, сок, чай и кофе. Персонал вежливый и приветливый. Соотношение цена/качество у данного отеля, учитывая расположение: самый центр.

Твердая пятерка. Удобное местоположение. Вежливый персонал. Хорошая уборка в номере. Отличные завтраки. Звукоизоляция на 5+ можно хорошо отдохнуть после рабочего дня. За 4 дня командировки не было претензий и проблем. Есть бесплатная охраняемая парковка.
