Вчера мы заселились в номер 305 в вашу гостиницу, в которой проплачены завтраки, обеды и ужины! Пришли на обед и нам говорят «для вас сейчас обеда нет, можете заказать отдельно по меню за дополнительную плату!» В итоге мы отказались заказывать по меню и нам принесли наш оплаченный обед. Сегодня в 7.10 утра, мы с коллегой спускаемся на «оплаченный завтрак»! На нас налетает девушка с огромными ресницами и орет 😱 «Вы че пришли? Вы не предупреждали, что будете завтракать в 7 утра! Вы кушаете как персонал и на вас завтрака нет! Все в грубейшей форме! Какой мы персонал, если мы заселились в гостиницу вчера, приехав сюда по работе!?» Просьба разобраться с данным работником, потому что не то, чтобы не знает как разговаривать с гостями, она вообще не понимает где работает и как общаются с людьми! Мы с коллегой в шоке от данной ситуации! Повторюсь, время было 7 часов утра, а мы просто спустились на завтрак! Отвратительное отношение к гостям! Руководству просьба решить данный вопрос! Так как мы приехали работать сюда, а не к ней в гости!

Была в командировке на сутки, гостиница оплачивалась через организацию. Заселилась в 19ч, до 22-х все вроде было хорошо... Данный номер располагается не то над бассейном, не то еще чем. Включился видимо противоток в бассейне, запели караоке, что-то еще постоянно гудит.. Уснуть невозможно от слова СОВСЕМ. Пошла на ресепшн, за 2200!!! переселили в номер полулюкс.
