My family and I stayed at Greenacres over the New Year period. We couldn’t fault the stay and like many of the reviews say it truely did feel like a home away from home. The cottages are warm, cosy, clean and well equipped. The children loved the swimming pool and play area. The grounds are well kept and views are stunning. We walked to Polkerris from the cottages one of the days which I would recommend - make sure you have your walking boots on though. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Xx

We loved our stay in Willow Cottage. The location is fairly easy to find and off a main road, so nice and quick to get to other places once you're back on it. The cottage was very clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. The pool was lovely and we used it a few times during our stay - our little baby girl had her first splash in a pool on our trip. It was very good value for money and we would stay here again.

We have stayed at these cottages in the past. They do not feel like holiday accommodation but feel more like home. Cozy lounge with comfortable sofa and chairs. Plenty of space and garden area. Everything you would want for your break away. We would return again.

We loved the location and the cottage was beautiful. There were one or two things that were off. For example there were no staff, and when you phoned no one picked up. We had a dead light and wanted to let them know but ended up leaving a vm. The pool was very cold, had I known I would have brought a warm suite for my 9 month old. Just a word of warning the dinning area is carpeted so mum's with babies in highchairs who arnt used to carpet in dinning rooms bring something to go under the chair. We stayed in cottage 10 and would come back and stay there again. The cottage it's self had a washing machine however there isn't much room to dry stuff, but useful if you have a messy baby! The down side was, they still run as if it's just after lockdown, so only one family in the pool at a time, no changing or shower areas open so you have to go back and forth in your swimming gear. Also there is nothing to stop people hogging the pool all day! All in all a good holiday with a few niggly bits.

We were charged for damage to a window that we hadn’t caused. Avoid booking here. When I disputed the charge I was told to take it up with a ‘3rd party’ and my credit card was automatically charged. Pretty disgusting customer treatment in my view!

We stayed at Five Acres located in Par, close to St. Austell. Which is a selection of cottages, self catering. The accommodation was perfect for us, very clean, well furnished, we would certainly recommend as a place to stay. There was an indoor swimming pool for residents staying at Five Acres also.
