Decepção total com o hotel. Antigo e sem manutenção. O quarto que eu e meu filho ficamos cheirava a mofo. Banheiro e quarto sem iluminação, com uma lâmpada somente no quarto, muito ruim à noite. Não tinha secador de cabelo no banheiro e nem uma tomada 220v para eu ligar o secador que levei. Banheiro muito sujo, pelo jeito há muito tempo não leva uma faxina (vou postar fotos aqui). O quarto não tinha nem interfone para poder se comunicar com a recepção, pra terem uma ideia… Não tinha lugar / varal pra estender alguma roupa de banho. Café da manhã muito simples sem nenhum atrativo.

O menu do restaurante poderia mais variado, mas fora isso é muito bom. A localização é ótima e o antendimento também, os funcionários são muito atenciosos e simpáticos! Gostei da disponibilidade de toalhas e guarda-sóis para os hóspedes usarem na praia.

O hotel é perfeito para se hospedar.Limpíssimo, o café da manhã é muito bom e com bastante variedade e localização perfeita ( 50 metros da praia grande)!Piscina com uma vista maravilhosa e bar com drinks excelentes.Oferece guarda sol e toalhas de praia.Recomendo e muito.Preço acessível.

Experiência maravilhosa vivi no Hotel Coquille. Quarto e roupas de cama e banho limpíssimas e cheirosas, wi-fi ótimo, tv c canais comuns e de filmes, cofre, chuveiro com água deliciosa e abundante, ar-condicionado novo. Café da manhã muito bom, opções da máquina de café. Piscina climatizada, uma delícia depois da praia! Ah, fornecimento de toalhas para piscina achei ótimo! Funcionários agradabilíssimos, educados e solicitos... todos! Amei!!! Super indico!

A mais de 10 anos que frequentamos o Hotel Coquille e adoramos o lugar, super tranquilo e muito bem localizado pertinho da Praia Grande em Ubatuba. Excelente Café da Manhã com boa variedade de alimentos e uma equipe muito educada e atenciosa, pessoal da Recepção, Manutenção, Governança e Restaurante também são excelentes! Um grande diferencial é a piscina aquecida que poucos hotéis e pousadas em Ubatuba oferecem, afinal se não der praia tem entretenimento principalmente para nossa família que temos duas crianças.

Desde que casamos sempre ficamos no hotel coquille, se não estiver enganada essa foi a nossa 6 estadia no hotel e cada dia nos apaixonamos cada vez,todos os funcionários muito atenciosos e extremamente educados, muito aconchegante como sempre, desde a limpeza, refeições,café, jardinagem, estacionamento, localização tudo perfeito... Tivemos em março com nossa família, e as crianças amaram... Pretendemos voltar este ano novamente... Super indico ficar no hotel coquille...me sinto como se estivesse em casa..( claro que com algumas mordomias) Parabéns a toda equipe... E que vocês continuem sempre assim! Em breve voltaremos
