Hotel bem localizado na Praia Grande em Ubatuba, de frente para o mar com quartos amplos, limpos e com ótimo chuveiro. Camas confortáveis e excelente frigobar que pode ser usado livremente. A piscina é um pouco pequena mas vale para um mergulho e curtir a vista.

Hotel muito limpo, ambiente familiar, café da manhã mediano. Recepcionista são receptivos e solicitos em especial a Fabíola e a Gretch. Manutenção: Alexandre ( prestativo) A tv no quarto 304 , funcionou apenas 2 vezes. Quarto 304 muito pequeno para 2 pessoas. Pontos negativos; Restaurante terceirizado. Na piscina não fornecem toalhas, Quarto para 2 pessoas solteiras ,não colocam cama de solteiro .

Hotel nos surpreendeu....frente ao mar, tudo muito limpo, café da manhã bom, pegamos um conjugado muito gostoso com vista para mar. Gostamos de tudo e com certeza será nossa próxima opção de estadia. Custo/benefício muito bom. Obrigada toda equipe q foi maravilhosa!

Hotel com excelente localização, em frente a Praia Grande. Lugar limpo, agradável, confortável. As acomodações do quarto são muito boas. O café da manhã muito bem servido. O diferencial é a equipe dos funcionários, atenciosos, solícitos quando precisamos. No 5º andar tem um deck envidraçado onde é super gostoso de passar o final de tarde e noite. Esse deck é em frente a praia com uma visão privilegiada.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, de frente para a praia grande. Tem um rooftop maravilhoso com uma vista incrível da praia e uma área de piscina também ótima. Tem estacionamento, e perto de restaurantes, mercado, enfim vários comércios em volta. Porém, há algumas coisas que não agradaram, o quarto para 3 pessoas é pequeno. Não há opção de canais na TV (nossa TV ficou com vários canais travados em uma imagem, e fazendo barulho. Comuniquei na recepção mas ninguém resolveu e disseram que deveria ser da TV pq não havia reclamação similar dos outros quartos). A piscina poderia ser aquecida, pelo menos na época de inverno e também senti falta de um espaço para crianca, como uma área Kids (como choveu, o que é normal em Ubatuba, ficamos sem opção do que fazer com nosso filho). Outro ponto que acho que poderiam rever é uma lixeira no quarto. Só há uma pequena lixeira no banheiro, as vezes queríamos jogar algo fora e acabávamos enchendo a lixeira do banheiro. O hotel é bom, bem localizado, mas poderiam pensar em investir nessas pequenas coisas que fazem bastante diferença.

Ficamos só 2 dias, mas foi tudo perfeito. O café da manhã é ótimo, com muitas opções saborosas e o ambiente extremamente limpo com as vitrines fechadas protegendo os alimentos. Os funcionários são muito educados e fomos atendidos com simpatia por todos eles. Adoramos o local. Piscina é pequena, mas a vista é linda.
