Mandala Beach Hotel

We really liked the hotel. We stayed in the suite on the 3rd floor, because we had our pet with us and they didn't accept us in the suite on the ground floor that faces the pool (which makes a lot of sense). I believe that these suites have less privacy and more noise from the pool... but the proposal is cool. Although the pool was never full over the 5 days, there are only a few apartments. Even the pool is very nice, large and even has a warm hot tub to relax in. The hotel is beautiful, easy to access, good parking (even on the sidewalk) clean, beautiful restaurant but a little expensive, but, contrary to what I read here, I found the food to be very good and fresh. Wonderful staff (especially Paloma, Juliana, Julia and Mateus) I went with my baby and throughout my stay they heated up his food and helped me with everything I needed to have a good experience. I also liked the pool service, everything worked during high season, we spent Christmas there. The dinner was great, a super family atmosphere. All in all, the hotel is excellent value for money. I will be back. POINTS FOR IMPROVEMENT: I ​​believe it is the comfort of the rooms... The rooms are ok! I thought the bed was good, shower and such, standard bed linen, normal, but for those who look at the hotel from the outside and the style of the restaurant, for example, it doesn't match the "decor" of the room. The room is small and not cozy. It's basic! We don't think it's bad, but from the outside the hotel is beautiful and appears to be "chic" but inside it's basic. I think that if the interior finishing of the suites is improved, it will be even better. Certainly the homes of people who chose the hotel to spend their holidays are more attractive and comfortable... Another point is the acoustics, they are not as resistant. So the noise from noisy neighbors is a bit disturbing, especially when you have a baby or are light sleepers like me. We stayed on the 3rd floor, which is below the restaurant, so the noise from above was a bit annoying. But for those who don't mind other people's noise, the hotel is excellent. It wasn't anything exaggerated. Owners and investors: make the rooms more presentable, you have a good team of employees and a beautiful hotel, this way you will be more willing to spend 70 reais on a portion with 6 shrimp.

Quarto simples e mal iluminado, banheiro pequeno, o ponto alto do hotel foi a varanda com acesso direto a piscina, que era muito agradável. Gostamos da segurança privada na rua, da gruta aquecida e do ar condicionado do quarto. As porções e comidas do restaurante muito gostosas. Por ser um hotel novo, acreditamos que há muita falta de preparo da equipe. Nossa recepção foi ruim, zero simpatia e acolhimento das funcionárias, o que já causou uma má impressão no início da estadia. Atendimento no café da manhã bem fraco, os funcionarios pareciam estar fazendo um favor em te atender e que acabássemos logo. Em nenhum momento nos foi oferecido que havia opção de tapioca (não havia nenhuma sinalização sobre isso). Café da manhã com poucas opções e demorava para ser reposto. Tivemos a impressão de que faltava um gerente que verificasse esses pontos de atendimento da recepção e do café. O único que nos atendeu bem (tanto no café/restaurante/área da piscina) foi o Wilson, que estava sempre com um sorriso no rosto e muito solícito.

Tem potencial e estrutura mas pecou em detalhes. Camas de casal são pequenas, não há opção de Queen muito menos King. Fizemos contato diretamente com o hotel para obter esta informação que é relevante para o casal e nos foi informado que a cama era tamanho Queen…chegando no hotel percebemos e questionamos, afirmaram equívoco na informação da atendente e que não tinham opção de quarto com cama maior. Resumo: duas noites mal dormidas. No banheiro/box não tem nenhum suporte ou local que se possa se quer colocar um sabonete, tendo que deixar tudo no chão. Região de praia seria bom terem suportes/cabides/ganchos para as pessoas colocarem seus trajes de banho…fica bem feio para a aparência do hotel ter todas as suítes com a varanda parecendo lavanderia com toalhas, cangas e biquínis pendurados pelos hóspedes. Café da manhã bom Roupas de cama e banho novos Ambiente limpo Melhorar a atenção ao cliente já que nos questionaram o que poderiam fazer pelo equívoco e pedimos um late check-out de 1 hora que nos foi negado.

Hotel novo em Ubatuba, pertinho da praia com café da manhã completo e o atendimento 10 dos funcionários, super solícitos e atenciosos. Recomendo principalmente para casal, pegamos chuva e mesmo assim o hotel foi suficiente para relaxarmos e aproveitarmos. Ficamos na suíte que dá direto para piscina!
