Great hotel in the historic center of Úbeda. Tricky to arrive by car, but they have their own garage for a little extra. The rooms are great and spacious. Bathroom is perfectly equipped. Their pool area is nice and helpful to cool down on a Spanish hot afternoon. Personnel was always friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back!

This hotel is very much worth its money. The rooms are spacious and have big beds. Breakfast is good. Service very helpful and professional. The underground parking garage has a big enough elevator to get most cars in but the parking spaces are as most of the times small.

We were pleasantly surprised. The room was a decent size and was comfortable and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was very good – close to sites we wanted to see and restaurants, the two we ate at turned out to be good and reasonably priced. You can park right under the hotel, a convenience. We ended up finding a handicapped spot a bit away, but what the heck it was free. The room rate was very reasonable at $75, total. Breakfast was additional, 8 euros each, I believe and was very disappointing with very limited and mediocre choices, although I did manage to get them to make me some scrambled eggs after a couple of attempts, because I think they had quite a bit of difficulty understanding my English. I would go elsewhere for breakfast, if you can find a place. The only weak link here.

It is a good hotel in general, spacious and comfortable rooms, very good location and very close to the historic centre, friendly staff, it has parking, although limited to the width and length of the car because it is accessed by a car lift, for food we only had the buffet breakfast and it was good within the normal range. It has a swimming pool although only in season. It is the second time we have stayed overnight in this hotel on the way to the Andalusian coast, ideal for relaxing, having a drink and/or tasting one of its numerous tapas and food in any of its bars and/or restaurants, and admiring a multitude of buildings and monuments since Úbeda is a World Heritage Site.

A decent hotel located in the historic centre of Úbeda. When the reservation was made by phone, parking for two vehicles was requested, STATING THAT THEY WERE EIGHT-SEAT VANS. Upon arrival we found out that we could not park at the hotel because the vehicles access the car park via an elevator that does not accommodate vans. The location of the hotel on a narrow street in the old town, with the legitimate passage of neighbours' vehicles, turned the operation of disembarking occupants, luggage and leaving the street again to look for parking into unspeakable chaos. The same thing happened the following morning to load up at the exit of the hotel. The establishment, at the risk of losing the stay, should have warned of the problem and did not do so. Very bad.

Habitación muy amplia con vistas a la calle. Cama y almohada muy confortable. Personal muy profesional y atento en todo. El parking aunque es de ascensor no tuvimos ningún problema. Muy bien situado cerca de centro y con buenos lugares cerca para tapear o comer.
