Acomodação limpa e aconchegante.
O café da manhã deixou a desejar, muito farinhaceos e leite. Pedi um omelete ou tapioca e não tinham essas opções.

Em relação o hotel, achei que o atendimento pudesse ter sido melhor.
Sobre a Trip, totalmente decepcionado com o ocorrido. Mesmo com as confirmações da hospedagem, a TRIP não enviou ao hotel essa confirmação da reserva. Só pude entrar no quarto após diversas tentativas.
E para piorar, sem condições contato com a TRIP via telefone.

The service is not the best I've ever had. poorly educated staff. I tried to use a value of a prize I won in the ALL TODAY TBT, GIFT CARD promotion, but I understood that there was a lack of goodwill in receiving a part of the value in the payment of the daily rates. The balance will expire on 07/31/2022 and I must lose, due to non-acceptance of this ibis uberlândia hotel. Very regrettable.
