酒店乾淨舒適，是萬豪酒店一貫的風格，非常適合擔心雷格姆小鎮洞穴酒店衞生和住宿環境的人羣。位置有一點偏，既不在市中心也不在景區裏，吃飯稍微有點麻煩，但停車非常方便，很多停車位，如果有租車的話可以大膽選。

WHY IS IT A GOOD LOCATION? : in the beginning we hesited to book as it is located in Nevşehirand not in Goreme ( about 10 mins and 600 Tyr by taxi), but we were so happy to be in a comfortable room and far from the super tourist spot. You feel more relaxed, a lot of natural light (opposite to caves hotels) and cheaper in many cases. WE LOVED: The staff, their smoothies, and the Turkish bath. HOSPITALITY: Thank you for your warmness and sympathy to all the crew, particularly to Ayer (front desk) and Roshanak (spa) You both made our stay a lot better IMPROVEMENT: Air conditioning in the room can be a lot colder. Showers at the sauna could have a curtain, a shuttle bus to Goreme could make a huge difference.

We stayed at this hotel during an organized tour of Turkey. Although it's advertised as a 5-star Marriott, it does not live up to the brand's standards in any way. The hotel is new and modern in appearance, but the overall experience was extremely disappointing. Dinner and breakfast were chaotic and stressful. There were long lines of guests unable to find a seat, tables were left uncleared for extended periods, and the buffet area was overcrowded. On top of that, the quality of the food was mediocre. To make matters worse, our room was not cleaned during our stay. This lack of basic housekeeping was unacceptable and added to our overall frustration. This hotel might look like a five-star property on the outside, but the service and management fall far below that level. Definitely not the Marriott experience we expected.
