Friendly hotel owner, Mr. Kamil, and excellent homemade food. Hotel environment is homy and unique. Bed room and bathroom are clean.
My only feedback is light in the room can be brighter, and provide percolator for hot drinking water in the room.

It's an abandoned hotel, very scary, already paid online. until the due date The hotel is uninhabited. The hotel area is full of leaves. It's like it's been abandoned for months. Trying to call the host but there was no reply On the trip, there is no check and confirmation with the hotel at all 😢

It was an awesome hotel for the given price. It is clean and very well maintained. Looks very good and not old at all. It was quite a good experience (we stayed 8 nights and we didn't felt we had enough). The host was very friendly and he could help with other info. The breakfast was good.

For all aspects a top review. The family, Camil and his wife, makes a positive atmosphere. The art in the rooms is great , specific details, art on the wall and woodwork. They like to make the stay as much as possible relieving and relaxing. Many guests stays longer than planned, so did we.

The hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable, the room was very spacious and equipped with necessary comfort. The owners are extremely kind and knowledgeable with all about cappadocia and services. I want to thank again for organising our baloon flight which was a big challenge for us without them. Location is superb fits all our needs. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

This hotel is for travelers who do not like to fit into the ordinary and boring tourist standards. Firstly, this is not a hotel, but a house in which the owner rents out rooms. There are many trees around the house, so even in summer it is not so hot there. Cozy and well decorated yard looks especially cool at night time. Breakfast is very simple but good (eggs, vegetables, bread, coffee) Tip 1: if you like sweets for breakfast, buy something in advance. Tip2: the owner is a very nice guy and likes to party a lot. If you also like to party you can join him, everybody is welcome. If you have a busy day ahead of you and need good rest make sure to bring a pair of ear plugs. I personally LOVED this place and would stay there again.

Jesus (Kamel) the property manager is very knowledgeable with the area and history of it and is great conversation- definitely a perk to staying here! Great location close to castle! Highly recommend!

The hotel is very nice, simple but with attention to detail and cleanliness. The room was very spacious and equipped with every necessary comfort. The owners are extremely kind and available for any need: from airport transfer, to car rental, but also to organize tours and experiences in the area. By agreement with the owners it is also possible to have dinner in the hotel. The location is truly advantageous, just a few minutes from Uchisar castle (the city center), also close to markets, restaurants and shops and very convenient for reaching any attraction in the region. Furthermore, the structure is located in a very quiet and peaceful area. The breakfast is very good and plentiful, prepared with great dedication by the owners with all local products. I highly recommend staying at this property!
