A fantastic hotel with excellent facilities and a prime location close to all major attractions. The food was delicious, offering great value for money—definitely worth every bite! Special thanks to Diksha & Rahul for their attentive service and for handling all our travel queries like pros. Breakfast was a treat too—starting the day with good food is always a win! Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Udaipur.

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing! The room was spotless, cosy, and felt like a home away from home. The hospitality? Absolutely next level! The owner and staff treated us like family—pretty sure they’d start calling us relatives if we stayed longer! The rooftop views of City Palace and Jagdish Temple were so stunning, that we almost forgot to take photos (almost!). Huge shoutout to Rahul Singh and the entire team for making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Now, it may be a 2-star hotel, but trust me, it’s out here giving 3- and 4-star places a run for their money when it comes to service and warmth. If you're coming to Udaipur, do yourself a favour and book this place!

**Terrible Experience – Dishonest and Unprofessional** This was easily one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. We were promised an early check-in, but when we arrived at 5 AM, the staff refused to give us a room, even though they had confirmed it was ready. Instead, we were forced to sleep on rock-hard, uncomfortable benches in the waiting area. *(See attached picture.)* To make matters worse, the staff was blatantly dishonest. They claimed the hotel was fully booked, yet when I checked online right in front of them, I was able to reserve a room without any issue. The level of unprofessionalism was shocking. On top of that, the location is extremely inconvenient. The road leading to the hotel is so narrow that taxis cannot drive up, meaning guests have to haul their luggage up a steep hill just to reach the entrance. This is not the level of hospitality I expect in India. The staff failed in every way, completely ruining my experience in Udaipur. I would strongly advise travelers—especially foreign visitors—to stay elsewhere.

This is a beautiful property very close to the Jagdish temple in the old city. It has a wonderful view of the city palace from its roof top restaurant. The staff is very hospitable. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The food is good! The only aspect to be kept in mind is that the last 50 meters to this hotel is a narrow lane that you can walk through or take an auto rickshaw that the hotel provides. Cars go up to the Jagdish temple or the car parking close to it. This is likely to cause some anxiety when you go there the first time (to check in). Later you get used to it.

We stayed here with our Intrepid tour for 2 nights. Great location just a 5 minute stroll from the City Palace, markets and lake. Lovely interior architecture. Quiet location, not paying for lakefront views. Service was really good. Restaurant just OK, but loads of options for food and drink within a 6 min walk.

Good vibes , neat n clean , big rooms with enough space & furniture to accomodate our family, delicious thali, though breakfast needs an upgrade as compared to quality of food we got in the thali. Most suited as it is walking distance to major attraction in the old city.
