Very Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The AC was not working, and when I complained, the staff simply said, “We have old AC units, and this is how they work.” The washroom hangers were rusty, the room felt outdated, and the overall condition of the place was poor. The staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. When I made the booking, there was an offer for two complimentary beers, but upon arrival, they refused to honor it, saying, “It’s too late now.” Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. Poor service, lack of basic maintenance, and a complete disregard for guest satisfaction. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Gave a call on the number mentioned on the website to book 3 rooms. The person first couldn’t understand my query, then hastily disconnected the call saying she will call me back. Didnt recieve any callback. Nobody picked up the call when i called again. Unprofessional behaviour . God knows what service these guys would have given if we actually stayed at the hotel.

Not the best of experiences we had with this hotel, the overall environment is pretty dull may be beacuse of the renovation going on in the hotel. Room was ok but there was no tea coffe sachets , electric kettle in the room, they were available in the common area on the floor for all the rooms for that floor. Most of the lights were switched off for the floor which made the overall ambience gloomy and dull. Didn’t tried breakfast or dinner as i preferred to eat out.

We had a good experience in the hotel. The staff was very kind and supportive. Service was really good. Rooms were neat and clean. Food was good too. We stayed there on 31st December and had a great time.

Amazing 👏 hospital Abdul Aman tarblle stay the hotel room was clean nice and spacious the staff were friendly and helpful the location is just perfect for a walk around the railway station overall stay was full of joy thanks abdul
