Avoid this place. We were part of 10 family group of doctors. This was to all of our surprise the vendor of the travel suggested this , despite knowing about family travel of physicians. Lunch too was unhygienic, wife developed nausea. The group diteched this motel to move to a different appropriate property.

The hotel is majestic and the hospitality is commendable. The food preparation here is excellent. The staff is certainly very friendly and helpful specially Manju. The overall living experience here is great. Recommending to stay here whenever anyone visits udaipur.

The experience at this property was disappointing and far below expectations. Upon arrival, we had booked four rooms, but all of them were in poor condition and clearly in need of maintenance. The staff were mopping the floor while wearing dirty shoes, leaving more dirt behind—so much so that I had to mop the floor myself. The bathroom was in an unacceptable state, with blocked drains and no shower curtain, causing water to splash onto the commode, making it unusable. Adding to the discomfort, the road-facing rooms had no access to fresh air, and with a split AC system, the ventilation was terrible. Staying in a room without fresh air for three days was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable. Initially, the staff were unresponsive, but they eventually began addressing our concerns, which I appreciate. However, given the price we paid, the quality of service and accommodations were not up to par. The photos of the property are misleading and do not reflect the reality of its condition. The food was average at best, adding to an overall underwhelming stay.

It is a below average filthy C grade hotel not a resort on a highway, rooms are utterly filthy, we were tricked by the Event Management company who hosted our big alumni meet ! Filthy stinky rooms with dirty linens, no towels, smelly bathroom, no parking for cars. I had to plead and pay 200 Rs bribe to the housekeeper to change our bed linens and put clean towels!!! Front desk is always unavailable whenever you call them, super corrupt and lethargic staff! They didn’t deliver “anything “ as promised and when our group of 150 people complained about poor quality of services, they accepted the service deficiencies and agreed to reduce the charges , but when entire group checked out except my family…… they held us hostage and demanded us to pay 50, 000 Rs to let us go , imagine 5 super misbehaving abusing staff surrounded us and forcefully held us hostage!!! We had to pay 50,000 Rs ( which they initially agreed to reduce as part of their service deficiencies)! Traumatized we left this filthy hotel, and none of us are ever going to come back to Turban Valley!

Very disappointed with the services and behaviour of staff. We arranged this trip with event company name Gateway. We paid agreed amount to gateway agency but they people misbehaved with family and asked to pay undue amount. Felt Very humiliated infront of family. Service was not satisfactory. Overall left with bad experience

Hostaged the guest family on balance payment issue between Event company and hotel . Lunch and dinner food quality was also bad. Could not manage the chapati serving properly. Towels in room bathroom were provided on demand. Second day complimentary drinking water bottles also not provided on self. Behaviour and services are poor, not recommendable.

I ***** with my wife stayed with other friends as couple. We went through a horrble experience here. Hotel rooms are pretty bad. Not worth the money at all. Their AC does not work well. Food is pathetic. I would strongly recommend NOT TO USE this resort for any purpose at all. Staff and manager behavior was absolutely unprofessional. Their staff even misbehave with the guest. They can ask for ransom from you, so, be careful.
