A very nice hotel with a pleasant atmosphere. Stylish, functional rooms. The bathroom is new, clean, great. Breakfast on the terrace was completely fine, sufficient selection. Near the center of the town, good location, and parking in the hotel area is an advantage. Very pleasant gentleman at the reception. He recommended a great pizzeria in town. Thank you, we were very satisfied.

Hotel service did not correspond to the information on booking com and what the hotel itself stated. Not suitable for vegans. Had to pay for breakfast even though I didn't have anything to eat. I had to get oat milk myself. Shower hose was leaking and the water splashed in all directions. Wasn't repaired even though we were promised. Service staff in the breakfast room rude and unhelpful. In short: we did not feel welcome.

Bella struttura pulita e ordinata. La cemara silenziosa e con frigobar, il personale è gentile e molto disponibile. La piscina piccola ma molto funzionale e ben tenuta, con tutte le sdraio intorno. La colazione a buffet ben fornita e con prodotti freschi

Hotel in centro città a 10-15 minuti dal centro storico e anche dal teatro nuovo di Udine. Struttura principale storica, parcheggio privato, parco con piccola piscina al suo interno e altro edificio moderno dove sono situate le camere molto moderne, stile industriale e molto confortevoli. Sala ristorante con vista parco e personale molto cortese. Da ritornare assolutamente.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel durante le vacanze pasquali in quattro persone. L'hotel si distingue in due unità distinte: la parte "vecchia" di una villa ristrutturata e una costruzione nuova. A noi è capitato di alloggiare all'interno della villa. Abbiamo trovato "interessante" l'idea di recuperare una villa ad uso hotel, anche perché si trova a circa 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Udine. Il voto di tre pallini è giustificato dal fatto che, a nostro avviso, andrebbero curati molto di più i dettagli e i particolari di tutto l'insieme, sia interni che esterni, dato che tra la parte "vecchia" e la parte nuova è presente un giardino e una piccola piscina che, se curati, renderebbero il tutto molto più accogliente. Le camere non sono molto grandi, così come il bagno che risulta un po' "sacrificato". La colazione risulta buona, senza eccellere, con prodotti sia salati che dolci. Il personale risulta gentile.

Vorab: Gerade noch okay. Zimmer 101 im 'Altbau ' zur vielbefahrenen Straße hin (sehr laut - Fenster öffnen fast nicht möglich ). Erheblicher Sanierungsstau im Badbereich. Halterung für Duschkopf gebrochen. Sehr laute Abzugslüftung. Bettenkomfort verursachte auch keinen Beifallssturm. Zu scharfe Reinigungsmittel. Nichts für sensible Nasen. Das Zimmer verdient eher 2 als 3 Sterne 🌟 🌟 Das Frühstück ist gut und einfach. Positiv: Nettes Personal, Parkplatz kostenfrei direkt am Haus. Ca. 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum.

Già da qualche anno siamo ospiti, in occasione del FEFF, in questo hotel dove il design incontra la struttura storica. Nelle stanze accoglienti non manca nulla per un soggiorno piacevole. Ottima colazione sia salata che dolce nella sala con vista giardino e piscina. Il parcheggio interno comodo per raggiungere a piedi il centro città. Un grazie a ANNA e ALDO per la cortesia e la gentilezza e sopratutto per i consigli utili come ad esempio la visita alle cantine del Friuli e ristoranti. Saremo con voi anche il prossimo anno

C’est typiquement l’hôtel se voulant beau mais non pratique Pas de petite douche, le chauffe serviette en panne, le robinet du bidet est celui d’un lavabo, tellement entartré que vous ressortez trempé, le pare douche est tellement petit que le bas de la porte de la salle de bain est complètement abîmé. Si vous mettez le chauffage dans la chambre, vous dormez dans une gare, vous n’avez que le couvre lit pour vous couvrir, pas de rideau occultant sur l’énorme baie vitrée. Le petit déjeuner est limité et celui qui s’en occupe a été très désagréable parce que je n’ai pas su manipuler la machine à café. Je ne comprends pas tous ces avis positifs!! Il n’y a que le lit qui est grand et confortable
