It is situated in a quiet street, 10min walking to the centre of the picturesque old town. It has its own, payable, secure parking. The room was relatively small but clean and well equipped, and the AC proved to be very efficient, despite the heatwave outside. Most of all we enjoyed the exceptionally friendly and helpful service. We arrived a bit late, at about 6 PM, and we were surprised to find out the owner left us two huge bottles of water (very well received taking into account the heat we endured that day) and some cookies and fruits as well. We enjoyed a very tasty breakfast. We were impressed by the friendly and efficient service and by the advice we were given for sightseeing and dining out. Antonio, Roberta, and their team are really great hosts.

Siamo stati due notti in questa struttura pulitissima ed abbiamo apprezzato la vicinanza al centro storico, la pulizia delle camere, il comodo parcheggio, la colazione perfetta/variegata e buonissima! I proprietari ti sanno mettere a proprio agio e sono disponibili ad ogni minima esigenza. Ci ritornerei certamente. Bravissimi

Posto splendido, tranquillo, familiare e accogliente. Il personale giovane ma cordiale. Il titolare Antonio un grande. Colazione straordinariamente abbondante e di gran qualità. Consiglio a tutti i viaggiatori che devono soggiornare a Udine di non perdersi questa struttura.

Albergo curato nei minimi dettagli dove uno.si sente veramente a casa. Molte attenzioni personalizzate, colazione strepitosa, camera ampia ben climatizzata . Proprietari davvero molto gentili e cordiali. Ottimo il parcheggio interno. Consigliatissimo su ogni fronte.

Pulitissimo. Colazione ottima. Vicino al centro (10 min a passo normale). Personale gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione (in presenza dalle 7 alle 19, salvo necessità). Camere più che confortevoli e insonorizzate (peccato per le luci un po’ soffuse ma nulla di grave). Parcheggio auto chiuso. Se dovessi tornare su piazza, non ci penserei nemmeno a fronte di strutture più blasonate su carta/web. Ottima scelta, davvero.

Ottima esperienza. Albergo recentemente ristrutturato quindi tutto perfetto. Gestione familiare con un’attenzione straordinaria agli ospiti che si sentono piacevolmente attesi. La colazione è un vero punto di forza per varietà e qualità. E poi il materasso… ha il topper!! Siamo al top!

Una camera semplice, pulita e confortevole da tutti i punti di vista. Personale di una gentilezza e disponibilità incredibile. Veramente raccomandabile. Mi hanno aiutato, non solo con consigli, ma nel momento in cui ne ho avuto bisogno mi hanno accompagnato alla conferenza in cui avevo bisogno di arrivare in anticipo.
