The staff in the counter was so rude and he was looking at me weirdly. Usually, he was on the phone and looked grumpy when I asked him something.

Overall, I had a great experience when staying at UDhouse, all the staff were incredibly helpful, and the location was great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to enjoy udon thani during the holiday weekend.
